I was extremely disappointed and will never return to Shasta uniforms. I’m taking the CNA course at school and was told to go to Shasta uniforms to order my scrubs. I ordered them three weeks in advance, I was told they would be there within 7 to 10 days. No one ever called to tell me a status update or if they even arrived. I went into different times and was told they would be here the next day. School started today my scrubs are still not here. I was told by the manager that she messed up and did not pay her supplier and she would try to do it again. Now I have no scrubs for class or clinicals and they have to be a specific brand and color in a size long that nobody else carries. If they had been professional and called and told me they couldn’t get them I would’ve ordered online. Order online you’ll have better luck

BADSERVICE!!! I went in to get my uniform for the EMT program at Shasta College and it looked like a bomb had gone off. The main room you enter looked like they just hung up everything in a hurry. Medical scrubs were with pants or on the floor and random shirts were hung throughout. Many of the scrubs were wrinkled or had stains. Then you go in the back shop where the uniforms are… wow. Uniforms are nice, but all crammed together. The seamstress at the machine snapped at me not to bother her when i went to ask about the shirts. The owner came up to us and offered to help. He showed us where the EMT shirts were and, thankfully, a majority of them were already embroidered with the program’s logo. The dressing rooms were another problem. Its just a curtain. Trying to put on pants when the curtain keeps blowing open is embarrassing, especially when other customers are right in view. At least put some velcro or magnets to keep it shut. I found a shirt, but no pants that fit. They said they would order some that I wanted and they would arrive in under a week(its been over a month). They had order forms strewn around the counters and desks, How do they even keep track of what order goes where? The owner was nice enough, but the seamstress was extremely rude to both customer and owner and the store looked like a mess. There was even snack foods all over the floor when you tried looking at the Uniforms and accessories. I have called multiple times about my pants and every time the answer is either«they haven’t come in yet» or «Oh you put in an order?» Finally I called and cancelled my order(they had no idea who I was) and from now on I am only ordering online.

The address on Court street is incorrect! Service was very good but selection was not very large. I ordered a uniform shirt and instead of me having to drive from Anderson to Redding to pick it up, I was called and they delivered it at no extra cost! I have been to this place every time i’m here for a fire and they have always been polite and met my uniform needs.

Terrible business. I do not know how they still exist. Maybe it’s because everything in the store is marked up $ 20 more than anywhere else you can find. I ordered a jacket through them over a year ago and every time I went in ‘it was on order.” BS. I drove to Chico uniforms and had the same jacket in a week an a half. Very unorganized. Don’t go here if you want anything in a timely manner.

Absolutely horrible experience. They do not know how to alter clothing. Thank God I found a seamstress that could fix their screw up! Will never go back… EVER!

Joann is an excellent seamstress, but the girl that cashiers and answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. My only other complaint would be that their alterations work is rarely done when promissed, and I’ve had to call and ask about my clothes over and over, one time I even picked him up without alterations after over 2 months of waiting. They also do not accept credit cards, which is a pain. Not many people carry cash or checks anymore.
