Bad experience getting our pool open. It took 3 weeks, many many visits (I found scheduling very unprofessional, they arrived at 5:30pm to start wouldn’t finish and would have to come out again often days later), and by the end of it I had the new equipment I needed, but it wasn’t working properly. We got frustrated and called another pool company (Chris at Perfect Pools, who was awesome and was down here within an hour after calling him to fix the whole situation). He said the equipment had been improperly set up, causing damage to the brand new $ 400 booster pump. Also the wiring in the control panel and the programming inside the pool was incorrect. To top things off, we received a final invoice from Outdoor Home Solutions which appears to be overcharging for a single service visit (the charge is for 2?)
