Now, for an establishment whose main purpose is to be a testing facility for professional designations, continuing education, and other proctored exams, this place is awesome. Well, awesome on a relative scale at least. I mean, this is a place for testing. Already you go in here expecting your old elementary school teacher(you know, the one that gave you nightmares!), a compliance officer straight out of The Office(the British one, sorry America), and a computer/fax machine from Office Space. What else have we come to expect? Well, thankfully, the building is very nice, and the waiting room(while feeling a bit like a doctor’s office) is small enough to feel cozy without that horrible sterile feeling. What makes it though is the staff. Every time I go in(it seems every few months), I’m greeted by a very cheery staff who are always extremely helpful. And the computers just work. This is a big plus. Anytime I’ve had a question during the exam, the staff have been very attentive. They also provide nice, disposable ear plugs for people who can’t stand the white noise. And sometimes, if you’ve been in there for a long exam(4 hours or so), sometimes when you come out, they’ll say something like«you know, I just couldn’t help it, you were in there for so long, and I just had to look… congratulations.» That part might not be legal, if that’s the case, then I’m just making this up. In any case, thank you for being a human, us test takers appreciate it.
