Phil and Dan «The Man» are the best. I feel very comfortable with them at our house and they are clean friendly people. My air conditioner motor went out on a Friday night and they were there in 30 minutes. They tried everything, but it wound up being the motor that went out and happened to be a motor that is not in stock anywhere. They got the motor ordered overnight and now my AC is working and cold. These guys are the best. Trust me
