Amazing it was Friday night our bathroom flooded. Doug and his team were there promptly. Dealt with the flood and carpeting. On Monday walked us through the insurance process. They also did all therepaired work needed after the flood damage. They were professional and good craftsmen on the repair work. They made a nightmare manageable from the first phone call to the last paper signed when all work was done. Joanne Blank Redding Ca.

I don’t know if this business has been sold and under new management but I need to tell you this. When you have a total loss as I did,(smoke Damage), what is spent on «Restoring» your damaged goods comes off your bottom line of your insured contents. This Servpro used up over $ 60,000 of my contents insurance cleaning Brick-A-Brack, after I told them to throw the junk away. They had four storage units rented for many months burning up my contents bottom line. They told me they were moving ALL my electronics off site from Smith River to Redding. I never saw those items again and I believe some of the items were pilfered. I had to move contents from the four storage units into one unit and when I finally moved items back into my garage and home I found out that many tools were taken in this process. They charged me travel time from Redding to Smith River CA that was five hours each way ! It’s a shame these guys took advantage of me and burned up so much of my insurance $ trying to clean and treat items with ozone. THAT treatment consisted of throwing a piece of plastic over my contents and pumping in ozone. What a joke. So beware what you are getting into ! Just because s Servpro representative shows up at your door a couple minutes AFTER the insurance adjuster does, does not mean you have to sign up with their company.
