We are traveling from Arizona and will be in Redding for two weeks. I was in desperate need of a hair cut and very nervous about going to someone I don’t know. I made an appointment with Alyssa and I couldn’t be more happy with the awesome hair cut she gave me. She is young, full if life, a delightful lady, and an outstanding stylists. I wish I could take her back to Arizona with us. If you want good, knowledgable, professional and friendly hair care, go see Alyssa, you won’t be disappointed.

My stylist is Monique Foster. She has been doing my hair for years. I have seen quite a few stylists over the years. I’ve moved often. By far, Monique is the best stylist I’ve ever been to. She listens and understands what I want. She understands what I want when I can’t make up my mind! I love the way she colors my hair. Monique is professional, artistic, talented, and very funny. I used to dread the small talk with some stylists. I look forward to my appointments with her. My hair is in better shape than it has been in the past. The Razor’s Edge Salon is a beautiful professional salon. The atmosphere is fun, comfortable, friendly, and down to earth! Monique Foster is the best. I hope to have her as my stylist for a very long time!

I do not do much with my hair since I am a waitress and just put my hair up, so I’m not exactly credible when it comes to knowing what is great with hair.
However, I felt a need for change on the day of my birthday, and just walked in and asked if they had time to dye my hair and a hair cut. They had an opening for the next hour and I sure am glad I took the opening. She was very patient with my lack of hair knowledge so I really appreciate that. And I got plenty of compliments so that’s a great sign! The atmosphere was very uplifting and everyone seemed very nice. Talking to their customers and laughing.
I forgot the girls name for this was in February, but a review was long due.

Tricia is the best colorist I have ever been to. Not only does she do incredible work but she’s also great to talk to! She’s fun, creative and a hair genius. I couldn’t be happier.

Came in with orange hair and awful roots and Alyssa did an amazing job! My highlights turned out beautifully and she did an amazing job on my cut with very little input from me (I usually tell the stylist to do whatever they think is best). She was also so nice and personable. Everyone in the salon was friendly. I’m glad I found myself a new salon!

My sister recommended me to this salon, and I love it! I just had a full highlight done by Alyssa, (who was recommended to me) She did an amazing job! She was really nice and gave me a lot of advice about my hair. Everyone in the salon was very friendly, it was a really good experience. I will definitely be back!

I went to get my hair done for the first time. Michelle did a wonderful job. I have long hair and for the very first time I left a salon with volume in my hair without having a ton of product in it. She trimmed the split ends and took her time to blow my hair out with a large round brush and it looked awesome. Then she added soft curls with the curling iron and I left the salon with bouncy hair with lots of volume.
I am a huge fan now and highly recommend the place.

Tricia is my hair dresser and iv been going to her for YEARS. She is amazing with color, cuts and everything else. iv had so many different colors and styles of hair cuts all done by her. id say they when i get a compliment from a stranger or friend its always «i love your hair!» Thanks Tricia! your the best!
The other ladies at the salon are also great. over all you cant go wrong with this salon. its really calm and clean, super organized and comfortable.

I love this place! Tricia has done my hair for a while and she is amazing! From the perfect hair cut to the most beautiful ombré color, she’s the best! She’s a wonderful person to be around and always gives you great hair advice. Once you find a great stylist, you don’t go anywhere else!

Got my hair done by Michelle and was greatly disappointed. She was a nice person and seemed to love her job but she did not do a good hair cut. It looked like someone cut my hair with butcher scissors and the cut was uneven. I even had to cut my hair myself to fix it. It was a waste of time and money.

Love love love thus place. Always get my hair done by Tricia. She is an exceptional colorist, cuts my hair perfect every-​time. Not to mention she is a joy to be around.

Getting hair did by Laurie. She’s been coloring/​cutting my hair for at least 10 years. I always feel so good when I get out of her chair. She makes me feel beautiful! All the stylists here are also very friendly. Laurie has put together a great team! Anyone looking for a hair stylists or nail tech should definitely give Razors Edge a call or walk in and meet them.

This salon was voted «Best In the Northstate» for a reason! I get compliments on my hair ALL the time. Sara has been my personal stylist for years, and I would follow her anywhere! I personally recommend her to anyone who wants perfect color (best color EVER) awesome style and expertise. Sara is the absolute best!

I just moved to Redding from Sacramento and desperately needed a haircut/​new style after not getting a cut or trim for almost 2 years. I reluctantly just went online and made an appt with the stylist that had the best reviews. I am SO happy I did! Michele did exactly what I asked for! She didn’t take off too much but still made my hair look 100 times healthier! I will definitely go back to her for ALL future haircuts! Thanks Michele your amazing at what you do! :)

Okay so it has been a while since I been to a salon and it really showed. First off I used their online scheduling and that was a breeze. It told the price, time and you can pick who you want. I was lucky to get Michelle who is a wonderful stylist. I can honestly imagine what she was thinking when she saw me walk in with my coppery hair asking for a new do. LOL but anyways the salon is very clean and the staff is extremely personable and friendly. Michelle was very knowledgeable and honest with what she can do and how she could fix my unruly mane. In the end she transformed me and now I have a workable style that I love. They also have other services as well that I may have to try out :) But I am 100% satisfied with my experience and of course my new look!

Went to Michelle for a hair cut. She did a phenomenal job, wasn’t too expensive, and for the first time in my 34 years discovered that my stick straight, extra thick hair is actually wavy thanks to her skills.

Michelle Ragains is my stylist. She is incredible! I’ve been growing out an absolutely awful haircut done by a different stylist at a different salon, and Michelle has made the most out of it for me! It is downright amazing what she did to fix my very short hair.
She used to cut my and my husband’s hair back at Kwik Kuts, and she still remembers both of us from years ago. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the cut and color you get there. I don’t go anywhere else and recommend Razor’s Edge (Michelle specifically) to everyone with hair!

I needed a hair cut and decided to come here. First off, awesome appointment system. makes it real easy to pick and choose what you want and what date time is convenient for you. Prices are very reasonable. Michelle cut my hair and I highly recommend her. She was friendly and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it cut.

My hair is only a buzz cut in the Buddhist Tradition, but Razor’s Edge is the best!
Very few places will have ‘heart’ like this place :)
Get on down there, enjoy yourself, there is nothing like a refreshing haircut and if you get bored, ask for the buzz cut!
