I was pleased with how FAST they came out and ON TIME too. Also went over the basic things to check for, over the phone, before having a service tech sent. When he arrived he found the problem fast and fixed it fast. (burned wire connection on the roof, due to bad installers from another company.) a minimal charge for the few minutes. a few suggestions on maintance to keep it running and we are good to go!.. it runs great guys!. THANKS SO MUCH! … I will tell my friends I am happy… :)

We called Redding Comfort Air to fix our air conditioning unit during a hot streak. After calling four other local companies, they were the only ones in town with same day service. This surprised me, because all the other companies were at least six days out for appointments. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it installed the next day. John was very informative regarding the problem and solution. I highly recommend them for all of your air conditioning needs!

John and his crew at Redding Comfort are absolutely wonderful! First time we called was a few years ago on a holiday weekend. Not only were they the only HVAC company that even returned our call, they came out within an hour and they didn’t charge an obscene rate because it was a holiday. It was an easy fix and we were feeling cool air on a very hot 100+ degree day. Second time out was a year later and on another hot holiday weekend. They came out and got us fixed up fairly quickly. Last time we called them, we needed a new system since ours was over 13 years old. John did the work himself and got us the best prices possible. He made sure all our paperwork was ready to present to the City for rebates. We were able to get $ 1200+ in rebates! In addition, John has kept us supplied with air filters and contacted us when we were a year out to give us our 1 year check up that was included in his service. Very impressed with the service we have received and his office staff in returning calls and making us feel important. My dad has his system replaced by another company about the same time we did and didn’t ask who we used. He ended up paying almost $ 2000 more than we did for his unit! Ouch!
I will continue to recommend Redding Comfort and use them for all our heating and air needs.
