Shasta Pools

I recently had a problem with my pool’s motor and pump, and had no idea where to begin to fix it. Steve had done our pool service in the past, so we decided to give him a call to come take a look at it. I also called two other local companies to get quotes to resolve the issue, one quoting my over 450 $ to replace the whole unit, the other being rude and unhelpful.
Steve returned my phone call promptly and assured me that he would come and check it out before quoting me so it would be most accurate. He not only came out the same day (within hours), but took the time to troubleshoot our equipment to find the real issue. He ended up being able to fix the problem (it turns out it was not necessary to replace the unit), and also took the time to ensure the rest of the equipment was running properly for hundreds of dollars less than what the other companies had quoted me.
I cannot recommend Steve at Shasta Pool’s enough. He is HONEST, and thorough, qualities that are hard to come by these days! He takes care of you like you are family, and treats your pool like his own asset!

I recently switched services and was thoroughly impressed with Steve’s work. Professional and personable. It is obvious he knows his line of work. Such an improvement in my pool’s water quality. I watched my old pool service and then saw Steve’s work. He did so much more at the same price. I’m so happy I switched. I highly recommend.
