My Hygenist recommended Dr. Zufall but until I had a horribly abscessed tooth I didn’t call him. It was an emergency and they got me right in. He was able to give me some relief and antibiotics. I came back a week later for a total mouth check — up. He told me I had some old fillings falling out and a couple of cracked teeth. He also gave me a few different options on how I wanted to handle my dental care– which I really appreciated. Before I left I talked with the financial person on my options and how I could save, make payments and the order of the work I needed. They referred me to some dental surgeons and how much each would change and what their financial options were as well. When I made my choice they called his office and set things up. I had to return to Dr. Zufall for the rest of my work. The staff was incredibly friendly yet very professional. His equipment was state of the art and everything was immaculately clean.Dr. And his assistant were on time, extremely efficient to a T! I’ve had a lot of dental work in my life and these people are the best. When the work was done Dr. said everything was fine and he’d see me when I needed him again! He didn’t try to tell me I needed other work or guilt me into anything else! When I need him I will go back to Dr. Zufall for sure. I’ve also recommended him to my friends. He gives excellent dental care and that’s not always cheap. But I want it done right, efficiently, and in a timely manner– that’s worth it!

Sorry, but this is absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve happily gone to dentists my whole life, until going to Dr. Zufall. He caused serious pain and discomfort. When I complained during the procedure, he kept saying that this shouldn’t really hurt and he would be done in a minute. 45 mins later of pure agony, I had sweated through my shirt and was hyperventilating from the pain. He finally agreed to numb me up. My husband also saw this dentist and had a similar painful experience. So much so, that we both were traumatized about going to another dentist for several years. Dr. Zufall has an expensive practice and he turns over too much of his work to his assistants. He is juggling too many patients at once and in too much of a hurry. He’s more concerned about herding his patients through like cattle, and doesn’t care for their comfort and well-​being. I would highly NOT recommend this dentist. Seriously.
