RTS Transmission

I was in quite a hard spot. About 2 years ago I had some MAJOR transmission issues, after going to another shop and paying over $ 1,000 for more issues and the run around I decided to get a second opinion. Paul at RTS was upfront, very professional, but the best part — he didn’t treat me like a stupid girl. The other shop tried to «pull the wool over my eyes» and take advantage of a «poor little girl». Nice try buddy! I contacted Paul, he looked over my transmission and told me that the other shop had put the wrong bolts in, over torqued bolts, and left broken parts. Paul rebuilt my transmission, for a very reasonable price, and has stood behind his work 200%!! He even told me that he will stand behind his work for as long as I own my car. He is a very honest man. He is always very friendly, remembers my face, and I have been recommending him to any and everyone!

These guys are the best!!! We live near Concord, CA. But when the Concord Dodge dealership (after several hundred dollars for diagnostics that didn’t identify the problem) said we needed a new computer in the truck (more than $ 2,000 with no guarantee) we went to RTS (referred by a friend). They fixed it for about $ 200!!! After complaining to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (the dealership wouldn’t listen) we got a full refund.
Just recently we went to RTS again for a tranny issue and once again they worked their magic. All fixed!!!
