Went in to buy our bed, picked one out, and paid $ 3200.00. Was told 2 – 3 weeks til delivery. Got a delivery date 4 weeks later, gave us a time span they would arrive, then called us that very day to tell us «no bed today». Next delivery date, another four weeks out. Same scenario, day of scheduled delivery got a call, «no bed today», next delivery date, the end of January. Bed cancelled. Costco bed arriving next week! Can’t wait!!!

I have to say, «WOW!» This place has amazing customer service!!! Sean went above and beyond to help me find the perfect combination of customization for my needs!!! A mattress is a very important purchase and I took my time looking at every option in town. This store not only had the best offerings, but seemed to care that I got what I needed. I didn’t feel pressured. It was a wonderful experience!!!
