Sleep Train Mattress Centers

I bought two beds at Sleep Train — Jeff was very knowledgeable about the products and was sincere and genuine. The beds were delivered right away the same day. When I realized I wasn’t going to be able to use the bed frames I bought, I had no problem returning them. And their 100 day love it or return it bed policy can’t be beat.

Jeff, store manager, understood my sleeping positions & helped me decide on the best mattress to replace my 25 year old waterbed.
The financing process was quick. Jeff even mentioned a coupon if I checked in through Unilocal,which got me a free bed frame & 25% off bedding.
Jeff found my mattress of choice on closeout, so there was an additional discount. He gave me a call to let me know there was a snag, that the mattress was in Sacramento & wanted to know if Tuesday was ok for delivery. After explaining that I’d just finished draining the waterbed, he said no problem, I would be getting a brand new mattress instead (at the discounted price).
Delivery was about 2 hours later & the guys were quick, removing the old bed & setting up the new one (with a motion base).
Been sleeping good ever since.

I had an exceptional experience at this Sleep Train location! I came in hoping to gather information on mattresses/​prices as I am moving to North Carolina for grad school in a couple of weeks. Store Manager, Jeff White, took the time to show me multiple mattresses and share his expertise, all while keeping the experience fun and entertaining (just ask him what happens when customers fall asleep while testing the mattresses out)! He got to know me to ensure I did not pick out a mattress too soft or too hard, and helped me quickly find what I considered to be the «perfect» mattress in the right price range for me. After hearing about my big move, Jeff looked into ordering the mattress online… only to find out there would be a ONE to FOUR week delivery window if done through the website. Not ideal. Without hesitation, he located an affiliate store of Sleep Train in Chapel Hill and found the exact same bed in the city I am moving to… meaning he would sacrifice the commission or any personal gain on the transaction all to ensure my needs (and sleep comfort!) were the top priority. Talk about going above and beyond the call of «customer service!» I walked out of Sleep Train with a brand new mattress purchased at the same low price quoted to me in the Redding store AND with a specific date and time of delivery to my new home.
If the low prices, variety in mattress selection, and customer guarantees don’t already get you through the door, having the opportunity to work with an expertly-​trained and genuine sales representative like Jeff White should seal the deal.

On Monday, April 13, 2015, my son (12) and I went to see if we could find him a new queen size been — he’s had the same twin bed since he was 2. Although we didn’t end up buying his new bed here — I wanted to say what a wonderful experience we had with the sales person Jeffery White. This location has a great selection of beds at prices you would expect from the brands they carry. Jeffery was very informative and was not in any way one of sales people that try to pressure you into signing on the dotted line before you can get back out of the store. I would recommend them to friends and when I’m ready for a new bed — I’ll be back.

My husband and I had a great experience here while purchasing our new bed. Lucius was our salesperson and he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure us into buying anything. We told him our budget and he showed us several different mattresses to choose from. After we purchased our bed, it arrived at our apartment the next day within the specified time frame. I highly recommend going here and will definitely be back next time I need a mattress.

I don’t think I will ever purchase anywhere but here. This was such an easy purchase. Drew helped us and made things make sense and worked really hard to make sure we understood the different qualities and then helped us pick the right mattress that would be the best for us. This was one of the easiest major purchases I have made in a long time. The sales people were all very knowledgeable and did not «make or try and force» me to buy anything. They have a beautiful showroom with all of the brands I had found on-​line. They took the time to find the right mattress for my wife and I (a Sleep Number) even looked at the sleep number website to make sure their price was lower. Delivered it the next day free of charge and removed my old set too! Definitely would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good nights sleep!
