Even though the coffee is good, the customer service is terrible. I had gone in with 37 different orders, asked if they could write the names on each cup only to be told NO, we can’t do that. Then proceeded to try and tell me they couldn’t give me any drink carriers. I would not choose this place for large orders.

The restrooms are now under a lock code system. Which I do understand, it keeps transients from using restrooms. BUT– anyone can get the code and WALK IN ON YOU! Totally asinine for privacy! This happened to me this morning and I am appalled!

There was one person ahead of me when I showed up. I’m pregnant and on my way to work. I ordered a small coffee and a trenta water. They refused to sell me a trenta water, and my coffee took about fifteen minutes.

When it’s busy, there should be two cashiers. There was one and she was flitting around from one end to the other as the line got longer albeit I suppose it’s worth the wait, since I do enjoy their coffees.

The longest I have EVER waited in line at Starbucks! It is always over 10 minutes and they always say it is because of all new staff… After 4 tries, it’s Dutch Brothers from now on, at least they try to make a connection with the customer.

Crappy, like every other starbux. Want some burned coffee and microwaved frozen food for a stupid price? Here it is! And lets be honest people, you’re not fooling anyone with your fancy drink with a green straw, its just a milkshake.

Pretty nice Starbucks! It was easy to find with my Garmin GPS! I’m one my way to Reno from Medford OR. and need a restroom stop and might as well use the free WiFi to check my e-​mail and do a bit of business calls and letters and yes, Unilocal a few reviews! I find a spot to sit easy and all I need is a regular coffee. NO fancy frappee, mocha triple shot no foam ding dongs for me. Just gimme coffee! East good service, no giant line, so that was good. The wifi was easy to log on and the music isn’t too loud. That’s all good with me. It’s a little break and back on the road!

The best Starbucks in Redding! The staff is super friendly, plus they make an excellent black iced tea that’s always strong, dark, and clear. No cloudy tea here. I wish all of the Starbucks in Redding were this consistent. I make the drive from west Redding (where there’s a Starbucks down the road from my house) to get my tea from the E. Cypress store … it’s that good.

Best Starbucks in Redding! Always fast and friendly service. For as busy as this store is I am always surprised at how quick I get my beverage; either in the store or in the drive-​thru. Favorite drink… Americano!

Really nice ppl here. They take the time to get to know your name. I’ve never had a problem with them messing up on a drink. There is a large outdoor seating area outside with plenty of seating encircled by trees

This has to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been in. The staff smiles, they remember people’s names, and customers seem to know them pretty well. It was packed, so it was a little slower, but there is a drive thru option to save your time if you are in a hurry.
I would also that any Starbucks that is still packed at 11:00 but the employees are still smiling and happy seems pretty impressive, because that is a long, busy morning in my mind.

Didn’t notice the drive-​thru until we were heading out of the parking lot… duh. Wasn’t familiar with the Redding area and was given directions from the Hotel folks. Glad I was able to get my SB fix in a smaller town. Easy to find, just a few blocks from the freeway and just as friendly & yummy as my favorite location at home.

I really love this drive-​thru starbucks. It is convenient when you are not really in mood to go and wait inside to get your drink. To me drive-​thru is a great idea for lazy people or when you are in middle of a way going somewhere.

Our last stop before heading home from our company trip… we were all fading fast and freezing our butts off at the same time… this was needed badly.
Friendly baristas and service… fully stocked pastries especially during the 5 pm — ish time (either that they didn’t sell it?) … clean restrooms.
I don’t really need to review their coffee… it is what it is…
