Much like traditional mexican food, this was rather bland. I do not agree with the bad reviews. The salsa tasted hand crafted to me. Overall, it was ok. Not amazing. $ 25 for 3 people at lunch without drinks.

It is difficult to understand why a person would go into business and then not even try to succeed. Perhaps the management of Super Taco can explain. The salsa here is unquestionably from an industrial sized can. If not, then I sincerely apologize for my mistake and ask that you please stop making your own salsa. This is hardly more than stewed tomatoes with green onions thrown in and I will not eat it. The refried beans present as a taupe paste coupled with the expected yet still disappointing white rice, seemingly colored vaguely pink with salsa leftovers. Until I entered the scene, these had, no doubt, resided comfortably coupled 24 hours a day in an unholy, never ending steam table. Of doom. There. I said it. Of doom. I ordered the enchiladas Suizas at random. The canned verde sauce is frisky in that 1960s Air Force wife way but the enchiladas seemed to have been filled with cold chicken then smothered in sauce and cheese coloured grease before being microwaved. Viva, chunkish sludge. I get this kind of crappy, slopped together food at Super Taco every time I go in. I get crappy service, too.(Olga, if you hate your life as a waitress in a s**tty restaurant as much as you seem to then I suggest you find another vocation. You absolutely suck, dear, as a server.) It is noble to support one’s neighbors’ endeavors — I even frequent YAKS Koffee, regardless of its ties to some religious weirdos and use of K instead of C in «Koffee» — but it’s been difficult to get this taco joint’s back. I’d rather drive to almost any other restaurant in town than walk two blocks to Super Taco.

Went there for lunch which was my first time there. I had Arroz Con Pollo The waiter was very good and as a lunch the portion size was ok. My wife had the tortilla soup but she thought it was bland and didn’t have much of it. Overall was ok I would give 2.5 stars instead of 2 if I could

Despite a really uninspiring name, this place is actually pretty good. After choosing from a bunch of lunch specials, I had the shredded beef chimichanga. Not too big, with sides of rice and refried beans, it was all very tasty. Services was good too, with drinks topped off frequently. I do think they need to change their name so that they sound like a restaurant and not some fast food joint, but everything else, keep it the way it is.

We are so lucky to have this restaurant come to the neighborhood. It’s inexpensive, and the food is excellent, and now they’ve finally got their permit to sell beer!(A must-have with a Mexican dinner.) The owner, Wally, is a friendly guy who will make you feel at home. He got his recipes from his mother back in Mexico, and the chili rellenos and the al pastor, the two dishes we order every time, are both authentic and well prepared. I highly recommend you check this place out. We watched another restaurant fail in that location, so I hope people discover there’s a better option there now.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! Small hole-in-the wall feel which I love. Everything I’ve had so far has been really, really good. Enchiladas — mmmm, mmmm good! Tamales, unbelievable sauce on top, yummy! Chile relleno, cooked to perfection. And the chips & salsa are great too! You gotta try this place.
