I went online and submitted my information for a free quote. I received a call from Terminix the next day. The operator explained their services and provided me with the cost. When I told her: «Thank you, I will need to talk this over with my husband» she proceeded to LAUGH at me because, apparently, «People typically already have their minds made up before contacting us.» Perhaps I may be mistaken, but throughout my lifetime I’ve typically waited for the quote before making up my mind to go with a company’s services. Laughing at a potential customer is just bad business to begin with, but in this situation it was especially uncalled for. Needless to say, even if their quote was lower than the others I received(it was not) I would NEVER give my money to this company. Of course, I doubt that the woman who called me was from the Redding branch, however she represented the company as a whole and therefore lost my business.
