I have them for about one year. They go down and say it is on my end. I use to talk to someone but not anymore. We pay 65 $ and it is slow. I just wish they would do like in the start. answer phones and try to fix it. Just sad must be getting big and forgetting why he started the company.

Palo Cedro, CA
We moved to unincorporated Redding (Jones Valley) from the Bay Area, and then to Palo Cedro. One of the hardest things to deal with was the lack of Internet options in the area. Dan and Warp Two were able to provide immediate service, which was really appreciated. I was probably one of Dan’s more bothersome customers and constantly asked for increases in bandwidth, and was always accommodated. Great local ISP.
