This is the second, and very last time I will ever buy anything from this place! The people working there obviously can’t count, can’t read, and don’t listen. Just this past Saturday evening we went through the drive-through and ordered a 9 piece«ALLDARK» chicken only, and a large coleslaw. What we got from them was 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 3 wings, 3 biscuits — and the coleslaw was nasty — way too much dill weed! We also stopped in one afternoon about a year ago to pick up a huge dinner box, and we got home discovered that they had shorted us 3 pieces of chicken. So instead of having to drive all of the way back there and argue to try to get compensated — it’s much easier to simply kick them to the curb and scratch them off my list. Never again!!!

No stars this location is terrible, the staff is rude and not knowledgeable about special and deals, they also don’t keep up the advertising in the lobby to reflect the correct options and pricing, the lobby and bathroom is always filthy. The manager is unreasonable and unprofessional. I’ll never go back. Lost for life. I hope this location closes.

Inside: Bulletproof glass. You have to scream your order into a microphone. The food takes forever to get to you. I asked for butter for my biscuit and the guy said they don’t have any and that the biscuits are already buttered. What?! What restaurant that serves biscuits doesn’t have butter? That said, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. But the employees are rude and sloowwwwww. Dine at your own risk.

We find their chicken hit or miss, especially the breast piece(which I think sits the longest under the heat lamp of all the pieces)…but that doesn’t stop us from craving it. Excellent mashed potatoes and gravy. Dining area and restrooms are clean. Staff is consistently friendly enough. More takeout and drive thru business than eat-in(which we always do).
