My girlfriend did not like her meal and did not eat it. Unfortunately, we could not have the cost of her meal removed from her bill, as it was against policy. Be warned.

Yesterday was a cold(low 60’s) and windy Sunday morning. A nice hot breakfast was in order for these out of towner’s. The coffee was good. Missy, our waitress, was a fast paced, sassy gal. I love her! The food was quick, hot, good and a decent portion. This is a typical mom & pop diner, no frills. But the prices reflect the food and portion. I ordered oatmeal and it was perfect with brown sugar and raisins. Grits were yummy. Eggs were cooked correctly. One complaint: They have cheap jelly on the table for toast, instead of Smuckers. Best part, they kept refilling my coffee cup — much needed on a cold day.

Staff really nice and helpful. Sausage gravy was good and was a nice size portion. I was pleasantly surprised by the the flavor.

Had breakfast here on Sunday, 10÷24÷15. We’ve had lunch here on a couple of occasions and it was okay, but boy this breakfast experience was lacking on a number of fronts… (1) NOISY … Tell the loud mouthed customer«Tiny» to take it outside and don’t come back again. You don’t need that king of friendly customer going table to table nearly screaming at people… Did I already say NOISY??? (2) The waitress, slightly friendly than an ogre, growled at us when we asked if she was going to take our order or not. She then pointed out that the Manager/Owner requires that any table that has become available, must be cleaned before the wait staff takes any orders from customers who are already sitting in the restaurant??? WHAT??? So, there were several tables, all sitting around waiting to give waitresses their orders, and we had to wait for all of the tables to be cleaned and new silverware and napkins put out before they would take our order? What the heck? The food is adequate, but not inexpensive.

Kenny’s Corner is a place we have visited in the past and have enjoyed. It about a mile down the street from the condo we are staying at. They are open until 2:30 pm for break and brunch. They have a wide variety of choices to choose from. I got a 2 eggs special which came with your choice of sausage or bacon, toast, and home fries. I ordered a side of sausage gravy for the home fries. To drink I ordered and large orange juice. The food came out on time and was fresh. The server was rushing us to make a decision the whole time to order and finally we just hurried up and choose, so she would top acting like that. More than likely we will Be back to this place because it’s close to our location and the food is good, but the service was horrible.

Great breakfast. Fast and reasonably priced. Great coffee in a cup I was delighted to be able to buy. Spanish omelet — onions, green peppers, salsa and provolone. Home fries. Sausage gravy. Delish!!!

Exactly what you need out of a breakfast place. Delicious food, great service, and clean surroundings. The décor is very basic so if you’re looking to be wowed by that this isn’t the place. It was also very affordable for two people to eat considering the area.

Awesome Xs 10. Great staff Great food Great service. I would eat there every meal if the didn’t close so early. But that down time is probably why they are so good and on the ball!

Food and service was good. However, management was inappropriately, disrepectful to the staff. Cussing at them in front of customers. Management staff was a older male with salt and pepper hair.

Was driving down Gulf blvd looking for a lunch spot. Found this small breakfast/lunch place. Great experience. Staff was friendly and the food was good. Eggs and home fries were delicious. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends

I’ve eaten here for about 15+ years. It’s a tiny place with a limited breakfast menu, but it’s always done right. No combination platters or 3 egg meals, but you can always customize your own breakfast. Nice staff. Mainly tourists with a few local regulars thrown in.

I can’t believe I have been living down the street from this place and I am just now trying it. Boy have I been missing out on the best pancakes ever. These things are large and fluffy and they melt in your mouth. You only need to order 2 of them because that is more than enough to fill up one person. My man ordered the Spanish omelette and enjoyed it as well. It’s a little spicy for me so beware if you don’t like a little heat this is not the dish for you. The restaurant itself is tiny and parking spots are few and not easily accessible. It has a mom and pop feel to it which I enjoy as well. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you try this place out for breakfast.

The service is always great and it’s by far the best breakfast I’ve had on the beach. All of your favorites with a little southern flair.

Had lunch at Kenny’s Corner restaurant in North Redington Beach yesterday. As soon as I walked in, the lady that apparently manages the place asked if I wanted a counter seat or a table, I said a table and she pointed to one. Menus are on the table by the window. A kind gracious waitress followed me to the table and asked what I wanted to drink. Coke please, and she immediately brings a glass full of ice, a straw and a can of coke. Open and pour yourself. Have you decided what you want? I’ll have a fried fish sandwich? Cod or flounder? Not having had either one, I chose flounder. Tasty choice. Would you like potato salad or cole slaw? Slaw it is. This is a welcoming down-home come as you are place, where many older folks come to. Framed drawings of pelicans on the wall, along with colored fish, palm trees and other ornaments. A big thank you sign, plus another that says«You are entitled to my opinion» good vibes. The flouder sandwich and fixins appears in a few minutes, quite filling and delicious. Including the coke it came to just under ten. Considering it’s right on the beach with little competition, prices may be a bit high perhaps. Glass of coke still half-full when getting ready to leave, and the same waitress asks if I’d like a cup to take it with me. Yes, and she brings a cup with cap. They get an A+ in customer service.

Average place. Nothing to speak of in terms of atmosphere or food. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop by, however if you are at the beach it does the job. The menu is pretty basic but be forewarned there isn’t much selection. For instance if you want cheese on anything they only have american or provolone. Eggs and coffee don’t pack in much flavor. Kids did love the pancakes so like the other reviews I would stick with those. Staff is very, very friendly and the prices are reasonable for a quick bite to each which are probably the main reasons we keep going back!

We ate here twice. If you are a fan of diner type place, this place should serve you well. They serve breakfast until closing(2:00pm). The place is small. Friendly waitress. Good food for very reasonable prices. Overall, it is a nice place to eat.

Cute little diner. And when I say little I mean it! Staff was very nice, food was pretty good, nothing that I could say was phenomenal. If you want your bacon crispy, tell them extra extra extra extra crispy! Otherwise it comes out kind of limp and chewy.
