Don’t really understand why this place is still in business. They sell no king size sheet set or comforter set. The manager says the company only orders cal king. due to that fact, they only stock cal king size.

What a joke this place is! We bought a whole set of kitchen curtains, got home, installed the brackets and prepared everything only to find that the the swags were not there and instead were some other curtains that were placed in the wrong package. We went back to the store and were treated horribly by Lisa who did not seem to care whatsoever. She didn’t even offer an apology. They didn’t even have the actual swags we needed so we had to return everything! Again, nothing from Lisa! The people here are useless and have no customer service skills whatsoever! Avoid this location at all cost! Just ridiculous! How these people still have jobs is beyond me! Obviously management is just as bad and could care less! You have been warned…

********AVOIDAVOIDAVOIDAVOID ******* We had the worst customer service experience my mother in law an I have had in our lives. We walked in to buy curtains for our new place and the entire section was a pig stye. It was barely 12 so it was not like the whole day had gone by where people had been rummaging through it. When we decided which curtains we wanted, after spending 10 minutes weeding through what was there, we found 3 out of the 4 we needed. This whole time of searching and rummaging, we had been seen and passed by two employees who not once asked how were we doing, if they could help, or wether they could get us a basket, we went up to the front to ask if they had a 4th curtain or could we buy the display. The associate Jamie simply said that all of what they had was out. My mother in law then asked if she could buy the display just like she had done once before. Jamie’s response was no, they didn’t do that. When we then asked was she sure, the manager Maria was called over where her response was this«we don’t do that nomore» I asked if she meant anymore(yes pushing it as they really were dismissing us every which way possible) to which she confirmed«nomore» was the phase she was sticking to. Jamie then looked at my mother in law with a smug grin and literally said«I told you so»(what are we children!!!) Needless to say she pissed us off quite a bit. My mother in law gently said«ahh, I see, you told me so.» Jamie then with attitude starts giving us this«I didn’t mean it like that mam. It’s not my fault if you are to sensitive mam.» We both decided this store wasn’t worth it, asked where the next Anna’s was, had them call to see if they had the curtains in stock, which both Maria and Jamie rolled their eyes at. We left the store, leaving our items on hold, as we couldn’t take anymore of this attitude and insults. Off to the San Bernadino store where the ladies there were incredible! Apologized for the bad customer service we had, helped us find just about all that we needed and more! San Brenadino was clean, and had an amazing difference in vibe, being friendly and happy, as opposed to indifferent and unwelcome that this store has. We did unfortunately have to return to this store to get one last curtain to where Jamie saw us come in, grabbed our things and brought them to the counter. When we said we only needed the one curtain there was a hushed«of course» uttered under her breath. We simply paid and left. Neither of us ever plan on returning to this location and advise anyone in the area to AVOID at all cost, and drive the extra 7 minutes away to be greeted and helped by the San Bernadino location.
