What a huge disappointment! Most of the items they have in here is either old or completely ruined. We drove for over an hr here to stay for only 10 mins. Save your gas and money and do not come here.

Just saved big! I purchased an open box item 70% off. I was prepared to pay full price and decided to call and check their inventory. Boom! They had it! Veronica helped me and she was very knowledgable over the phone and in the store.

This review is for both the distribution center and Lamps Plus on the whole. I ordered some outdoor lighting for my home and was super impressed with the quality. I needed some more of the same lights to match on out patio cover along with 2 ceiling fans. Ordered them and received very quickly. By accident, they failed to ship one of the fan motors. I didn’t notice until the guys were ready to install. I called their customer service and they figured out what happened and sent me to their distribution center in Redlands. I got there, they gave one to me, and I was on my way. Kind of an inconvenience, but I was able to get the same day so it could be installed and I am happy with that! The level of customer service I have experienced from start to finish has been awesome. Bonnie helped me initially and Rosey helped me today and I just cannot express how impressed I am with how much they care. Thank you!

The prices are good but you get what you paid for. Be careful! Before I spent almost $ 900.00 to buy 2 lights, Monica who is the outlet’s «light specialist», assured me that the manufacturer only made one color, that I would be able to get «credit» toward other Lamps Plus purchase (s) and that she would be able to get better prices for me than anyone else. When I found out that the manufacturer made many other colors and tried to get credit toward another purchase of 2 Hubbardton Forge’s lights, she quoted me a price that is $ 100 higher than other store and refused to match a price of LBC Lighting of Arcadia which is $ 634 each. I tried to buy 2!
Do not buy from this outlet especially if you live almost 2 hours from this store like me. You will not be allowed to return for credit at your local store!
If you choose to buy from this store especially from Monica, get every verbal promise/​representation in writing or you will regret it like me!

Great place to grab some high quality furnishings and of course beautiful lighting fixtures. Worth the extra drive. There’s no room for indecisiveness since all purchases are non returnable.

Five Stars all the way. Their outlet store has unique light fixtures at a ¹⁄₃ or less of the retail price. I was impress by their furniture selection as well. I’m always very pleased with the quality of their products. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are amazing.

Five stars cause its the best place ive found where you can find pricey chandeliers at a low cost just because the box was damaged no «lie» my house shines a whole light brighter and nicer while doing it thanks to this place. It has it all inside and outside lighting at 50% off or more and nothing is broken just out of the box and the sales associates are very friendly and helpful at least to me just playin their all cool. Its a hidden gem in the redlands warehouse industrail area not a lot of people know and I shouldn’t be telling you, but I bought my last piece and my homes complete! So its all yours for the picking!
This place is humongous!
And also has furniture and fountains chairs and a abundance of bar stools and other miscellaneus home décor.

A little confusing to navigate once you get inside since everything is spread all over the place. If you spend a little time in here digging around though, you may find a treasure at a fairly decent price.
