We will be moving to the Redlands soon and have been looking for apartment homes. We Unilocaled Mr Kabab and just happen to see these apartments in the background. We went in without an appt and a lady, by the name of Julie Holloway assisted us. She was wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable, gave us a tour, info and she sold us on these beautiful apartment homes. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but totally worth the price for location, size, by what we saw, quiet and peacefulness and quality of the apartments. I will keep you Unilocalers posted with an honest 3 month review in the future. We are really looking forward to calling these apartments our home.

I have to say living here as been the best. We really enjoy it. Staff are amazing. Manager and her team go above and beyond the call of duty. Yesterday while in the office paying rent I overheard residents yelling at the manager and the manager really tried to work with him. There’s no reason for that. But just saying pay your rent on time and you wot get late fees. I will totally refer people here. Love living here.

I lived here for almost 2 years and it was the best apartment experience I ever had. I was sad to leave! The apartments were nice and I always felt safe in my apartment. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Lots of medical professionals live here and tend to keep to themselves!!! I would definitely recommend living here to someone new to the area.

We love living here. The staff is friendly, great accommodations. It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Staff left a bag of candy and a little valentines note on every door in the complex. I’d say that’s going above and beyond. There are doggy poop bags all around the complex, free of charge, the gym and sauna are nice and well maintained as well as the grounds. Work orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Each unit has appliances and washer dryers. It’s a great community to live in. Kid and pet friendly!

Big prices for average apartments. Right in the center of «siren alley» since it is sandwiched between Loma Linda hopsital and Redland Community hospital. The manager was rude. I complained about mold, and they sent over their own staff to asses it. No testing of any sort, they just told me that the black substance was normal. Raised rent every time my lease ran out, and not just a little, it was like $ 75 or $ 100 per increase. Then started charging mandatory charge for water based on the square footage of the apartment, which mine was in the 55 dollar per month range. Before, when I was paying it to the water company(for two people living in a two bedroom) it was never more than 12 – 15 dollars. I guess I was supposed to make up for the other tenants who were putting 6 or 8 people in two or three bedroom apartments. Management said that number of people in those sizes of apartments was totally allowable. The manager was extremely defensive and aggressive with me whenever I would ask questions. Oh, and vagrants rummaging through the garbage all the time. I was scared to go out of my apartment at night having been approached by vagrants in the apartment parking lot several times, One day(during the day) I was walking near the pool area, and a man who was about to go to prison on a life sentence for murder approached me because he wanted«someone to talk to.» They used to have a security guard who patrolled the place when we first moved in, but as the rent went up, the security guard disappeared. The gated community part is a joke. And the bike trail through there lets anyone in. Also, those orange groves around there are full of homeless people and you can hear them fighting and attacking one another. Helicopters routinely circle above, and I have seen up to twelve police cars rush in and park running with guns in pursuit of some criminal or another while parking their cars with flashing lights on New Jersey street. In fact, I had to call the police one night it got so bad out there in the grove, and I could hear a woman screaming and a man beating her up. Don’t let the nice pool area and the tall ceilings and the ridiculously large bathrooms fool you. These are not«luxury apartments.» They are expensive apartments in a bad location with terrible management.

I only stayed here for a short lease(6 months) and it was horrible it was suppose to be a non smoking community I found out after I moved in that if you moved in before the switch to a non smoking it was ok and the people below me smoked so there smoke went in my vent because for some reason the bottom apartments vents are connected to the top floor so all there smoke poured in the apartment after going and complaining several times the lady in the front office told me that there lease was almost up and they did not want to evict them because they were scared they would stay there rent free for six months going through the eviction process did not say sorry or nothing just did nothing. It looks very nice on the outside but it’s a normal inside and there gated community is a joke because there is a bike trail through there apartments that anybody can walk through and at night a lot of people do and people put there advertising on your door. So not worth the 1’500 a month I was paying.
