Ben’s Nails

Years ago, while watching Regis and Kelly, Kelly had mentioned she got a pedicure and her heels were like butter. That prompted me to have my first pedi. In all the years I’ve gotten pedicures have NEVER had the «heel like butter» outcome so I figured since she’s a TV personality she can afford a higher end treatment. All that being said, I went to Ben’s and in the same amount of time as any pedicure I got in the past, today I walked out with butter like heels! I can thank my sister for referring me to this place! A bit of a language barrier? Yes, but so what! My feet will be beautiful for my nieces wedding tomorrow.

Great service, clean facilities, they did good gob to my nails. difinately will be back.

Since I spend several days each week at my daughter’s home in Redlands taking care of my autistic grandson, I don’t have time to get my nails done when I’m home in Moreno Valley so I’ve been trying different nail shops in Redlands. Knowing that everyone has good days and bad days, I like to try a place a few times before I decide if I like it or not. After two times at Ben’s, I’ve decided I won’t be going back. His work is not horrible but it’s not great either. But, what turned me off is how snobby he is and acts like he’s doing you a favor. But, what I dislike the most is that he, as well as his employees, don’t understand English well enough to understand the basic questions I was asking, like did they have the little sandals for after my pedicure, may I use the restroom and telling them how much I wanted to add to my credit card charge for their tip, despite the fact that he told me he has owned that shop for several years so he’s had plenty of time to learn the language of the country he chose to come to for a better way of life.

Great service, make appointment because it gets busy. 3^rd time going & very fast service. Have done them with Ben but prefer Lindsey.

Nice shop. Ben did a good quick fix of another shops job. I will return. My daughter likes her nails too. And prices are very resonable. Thanks Ben

I will come back here! They take their time, they really take care of you. They have massage chairs and the leg/​foot massage feels so good! Get the Pedi with your mani!

I always have a wonderful experience each time I go in. Everyone is friendly and do an amazing job. My personal favorite is Linda. I get a gel mani/​pedi each visit. The first time Linda worked on me she did an amazing job. I didn’t have to ask to re-​shape or comment about anything. In fact, it was praise for such a wonderful job. I can say I am picky especially when it comes to my nails. She has never been let down. They are personal, remember your name and I gave in conversation. It’s no surprise why Bens nails has been around for years. Thank you for my little escape and me time!

I stopped in by chance (in a hurry and w/​o an apt), as the shop local to me couldn’t get me in. Ben’s happened to be in the vicinity. I couldn’t have been happier. Mani/​pedi — in and out in just over an hour. Excellent French tip. I don’t «treat» myself often enough in this manner — but may start with the success of this visit. Thank you Ben’s! :)

We decided to go to Brewcakes this week to have lunch and while we were dining I looked down at my feet and decided that 6 weeks of vacation has definitely took a toll on them. I seen Ben’s Nails across the parking lot and decided to call and see how long the wait was. The man on the phone said ten minutes. That’s pretty quick for a walk in. I walked over and waited. After 45 minutes I was finally seen. I quite honestly was ready to leave at that point. I’m sure the expression on my face showed that because the man at the front kept looking at me. My pedicure was ok. There wasn’t much of a massage to it. More like a quick rub. I also still had some dry skin left on my feet. Overall the paint on my nails looked ok, but I will choose another place when I’m back in town.

I have been going to Ben’s for pedicures at least once a month for almost ten years and I have always had positive experiences. The staff is friendly and the core employees (Ben, Kim, Elaine and Lindsay) always greet me by name. The shop is clean and attractive and I am always happy with how beautiful my toes look after each pedicure. Some younger people have been hired to help out, and I have also been happy with their work, though one gave me a foot scrub and leg massage that were just a little short on time; however, he’s in the learning stages and will no doubt get that part right with time. I am very happy with Ben’s!

Had pedicure done went with the French polish, the place looked clean, friendly, but very young workers. Seemed inexperienced, made it hurt. Not suppose to have pain with pedicures.

I really like the staff and the work they do. They are very detailed and do NOT get distracted while working on your nails. Friendly staff, and a decent OPI selection of colors.

So, I did like this place for a couple of reasons: 1) the staff was friendly, and 2) each tool used was brand new! Those two reasons would have me come back. However, there were two reasons why I wasn’t thrilled: 1) it was in need of a facelift; the place was literally under construction while I was getting a pedicure on a Sunday, and 2) the wait was a little long. It seems they could have beefed up the staff a bit. So, I give this place a 3-​star rating. Would I go back? Yep. Would it be my first choice? Nope.

Absolutely the best place for nails in Redlands. Perfectly shaped and professional looking. Ben is the only one who does nails the best. Holly is the girl for the pedicures. Don’t go with anyone but those two and you won’t be disappointed.
Ben’s personality is not great, but Holly is a sweetheart. There is no wait if you call and make an appointment. Salon is extremely clean!!!

Rude employees ESPECIALLY Ben! Too many nail shop choices in town to put up with their attitudes.

This place is ok but the wait is long. Only two nail techs.

Great place! Ben put on a full set in under 30mins and only charged me 22 $! for white tip, ask for Ben! Awesome Place!
