Brace Connection

We first chose Dr Ketcherside because he had an office in Redlands and another one in Corona. We are a blended family and one house is in Corona and our house is in Redlands. So it made it very easy to make the kids appointments no matter which parent had them. Dr K has now finished six (6) sets of braces for our family. We love him. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Ketcherside is an amazing orthordontist and his staff is beyond wonderful! I have 5 children and 2 out of the 5 are out of their braces and their teeth are gorgeous! M y other 3 are still in their braces and are getting excellent care. Dr. Ketcherside is very picky about their teeth being perfect which makes me extremely happy and confident with him. I also had braces from him and was very happy with my care and the way my teeth look! His prices are very competitive and his payment schedule is very easy to adhere to. I have recommended several family members as well as friends and they are all very happy and pleased with Dr. Ketcherside and his staff. Stacy and Julie as well as the other girls are beyond helpful, kind and patient especially with patients (1 of my sons and a nephew) who unfortunately pull their wires and brackets off a lot. Dr. Ketcherside and his staff are so good that my sister and her 4 children all had/​have braces from him and drive from Orange County to Corona for his care. I highly recommend the office of Dr.Ketcherside.

My daughter loves Dr. Ketcherside! They are closed for lunch from 1200 to 1pm. I arrived just before 1pm and saw Stacy and other employees in the front office/​lobby area sitting on the chairs and talking. I jiggled the door and the girls inside said it was locked. It was extremely hot outside and the girls didn’t bother to open the door and let us sit inside or say sorry we can’t let you in. Luckily Marcella, the receptionist, showed up and let us in. She even made a comment to Stacy about us being in the heat and Stacy just shrugged her head. Everybody is friendly, but Stacy and some of the other girls in the office need a refresher course on customer service, manners, and hospitality. They should also take their lunch hour in the back and not in the lobby.. Other than poor manners, good place for braces! Dr. Ketcherside came in last so he wasn’t aware what was going on.

Definitely the best orthodontist in town! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Ketcherside really makes a not-​so-​fun situation (braces) into a great experience. The cost is very reasonable and the quality of care is excellent. I highly recommend this office for your orthodontic care!
