They were able to pull a virus off of my computer and retain all of the files. Other places said they’d need to strip the computer and start fresh. I was very happy with the service.

I have been going to Jim and Tami for all my computer needs since moving to Highland, 11 years ago. If you’re looking for a straight, honest, knowlegable store, this is the place. I’ve used them for my business where I had online monitoring (which I highly recommend for any business) and just basic service for my home computer. What really makes them stand out is fact that everyone I have ever recommended them to has thanked me for the recommendation. That says a lot.

I’ve been a customer of this store for many years. I buy all my computers, accessories, and software from General Technique, and he always gets me the best deal possible and puts together custom packages for my specific needs so I don’t waste money on extras that I won’t use.
Even after moving to Los Angeles, I still make the drive to Highland for my repairs because I trust them so much. I called recently about a noise coming from my laptop and Jim was able to diagnose the problem and order the new part for me directly from the manufacturer, all while I waited!
Excellent service, very professional, and very affordable. Highly recommended.
