Very unprofessional hairdresser. Would discourage a shop that is so elitist as this one. Going to Hair Solutions on Brookside and Kitty is not only great on hair but personality.

I made an appointment here & when I arrived they put the daughter of the owners client in my time & I was told to wait. I left after a half hour as it was obvious this was going to take much longer. Very very rude!

The only reason this is getting 4 out of 5 stars is because Kelly did such an amazing job with my hair. My hair does not take color very well. I went from blonde to red and kelly was absolutely amazing! The front counter staff as well as the owner were very stuck up and rude when I first walked in. If you can afford this place I TRUST KELLY the most! He is worth the money spent!

Diana is the best hair stylist ever! The place is very clean and well decorated. I have never had any problems. The entrance way has a bunch of goodies to buy. I love their jewelry and nail polish they sell. Every time I go, the person at the front always asks me if I would like something to drink — great customer service right there.

The Cutting Edge is without a doubt, the most professional spa/salon in Redlands. My wife and I have been patrons since its opening and have never been disappointed. The wife gets her nails, facials and waxings done here on a regular basis, always with fantastic results. We both get our hair done here too and we’re both completely satisfied. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. We’re always offered coffee or tea while we wait and they serve it to you to boot. The location is close to shopping and restaurants, not to mention a few local micro breweries.

I’ve never used any of the stylists at this location but I will say that if you are in the need of an aesthetician, Christy is the best you can find! I’ve been coming to her for years and she’s truly an expert in skin care. She’s warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about skin care and the products she recommends. I’ve been using the Osmosis line for a few months per her recommendation and my skin looks and feels amazing!
I also visit her for any and all waxing. Never a bad experience or a bad wax.
The salon itself is clean, classy and comfortable. If you need a good aesthetician, you won’t be disappointed!
