We normally come here to donate old stuff we normally don’t use anymore. We didn’t even bother to go in today. There was a nice man outside donating his stuff and he gave my kids a little table set before he put it all to donation. As I go put it in the car he calls me over to give my daughter a doll house and my son Legos and I’m not sure who he was maybe the manager of the store but he got mad and told us that we’re suppose to be supporting his business and by us taking the stuff he’s losing business. He told the man that was giving us the toys to either give everything else to us and leave or give goodwill his things which was just rude. Just because he was willingly giving us HIS stuff doesn’t mean you turn him away if he had more things to give to you guys. BAD business and just SELFISH ! «GOOD“will.

Drop off donation center only: I just got done dropping off donations and past few times the guy collecting the donations has been so pleasant! Have dropped things off to him past like 5 times. I believe his name is Mike. But not 100%. Always nice and seems like he enjoys his job. Need more employees like him in public establishments. Seems thankful to be at work every time. I hope he gets promoted to a higher position or at least a raise he seems like such a great worker.

Very organized thrift store! It’s majority clothes… very organized by style and color. There’s also a good selection of shoes and purses. In the back of the store, there’s home décor, dishes, kitchen appliances, and furniture. It’s good stuff, not junk, so the prices aren’t suuuper cheap — they’re simply a good, decent deal. So I recommend the store for clothes — not really for«stuff.» For example, I was looking for board games and only saw one.

The store is very clean and organized. They have lots of good prices on different items. Lots of nice furtiner also! Lots of good finds! Got a bunch of used vhs movies for 50 cents each which is better then the swap meet pricing.

Not bad. I was looking for vintage clothings, but there weren’t much here. Otherwise, it’s a great place to shop for name brands and modern clothes. Look out for their $ 3 sale.

Pretty good to find some odd items at those places. Just watch it out, the discount prices might not apply.

One of the most organized Goodwill I have been to. Reasonably priced items. Friendly staff.

Ugh this place always fails to disappoint me. I’ve been here at least a dozen times in the past year. So many things here are over priced! Last time I heard this was a thrift store! Just cause your Redlands don’t mean shit. Rating on this goodwill only.

I went in here yesterday looking for a folding table. I had been looking for one everywhere. Craigslist, Salvation Army, other thrift stores but no one was carrying them. I didn’t want to spend $ 30 bucks on a new one as I’m only using it for the Christmas season to display stuff on and I’m putting that fake snow stuff on top of it, so the appearance didn’t matter. Anyway, I decide to go into this Goodwill to try my luck. I speak to this really friendly worker and she goes in the back to check their truck to see if they have any. She comes back out and says they just got two in, but they don’t have prices. She said there was a small one and a big rectangle one, the size I’m looking for. I ask her to see if she can find out pricing and she goes back to the truck area. She was back there for a little while. I was standing by the door she had gone through and as a worker is coming out, I see the woman that had been helping me speaking with some other woman. I hear the woman that was speaking to the lady helping me say, «Well, tell her no.» Just as I hear that, the doors shut. What the hell. I wait a little longer and the woman that had been helping me comes back out and says that they priced the small table at $ 14.99 and the rectangle size table at $ 29.99. All I could say was, «Are you serious?! Target is selling them brand new for $ 30.» She said she was sorry and had nothing to do with the pricing. She was being as polite as possible and I felt bad for her because she seemed uncomfortable when she told me how much they wanted for the table. Not sure what’s going on there, who creates prices for these used items or what homegirl’s problem was that told the chick assisting me to just tell me no… but that Goodwill is ridiculous and I will never step foot in there again.

I love this Goodwill! I haven’t shopped in housewares and furniture section, but I have had great luck with the clothes. Like any thrift store, it takes a bit of sifting through the racks, but I’ve found some great quality and cute clothes here, good brands like Ann Taylor and Banana Republic. The staff have always been nice and helpful as well. I always try to stop by here when I’m in the area and haven’t yet been disappointed.

This store would definitely deserve 4⁄5 stars, except for one big complaint… prices. Don’t really look at the clothes, I am basing it on housewares, furniture, etc. They are outrageous. All you hear are customers complaining as they look at prices. A basic Pyrex mixing bowl for $ 8? Target has them for the same price! A disposable aluminum loaf pan was $ 3! A toaster oven, $ 25? This is fine, when it’s too much you can always go back when that color is half price. When I once spoke with an employee to ask what they base the prices on she had said the«price guy» does it and he bases it on nothing but what he thinks it should be. Now, here is my biggest complaint: I brought my friend who has never been. She has 28 items including a roller suitcase that was $ 25. Not a great price, but good enough. When she raised the handle, it came clear out of the suitcase(you always eventually find out why it was donated). Her husband might be able to fix it, I said let’s ask Mgr if they can lower the price. Manager comes out and says with a big smile, No, the prices can not be changed, once they are priced, we can never change it. Huh? There is no inventory #, they are all priced differently and there is a way around everything. If we don’t want it, since it is broken, they will THROWITAWAY! So, they would rather throw it away then lower the price ten bucks? They insult my intelligence and say prices are set in stone and unchangeable cause the«price guy» says that’s how much it should be? They need to come down to reality.

I went today to drop off some donations. The employee in the drop off area was very nice and helpful. The drop off was pretty quick too which surprised me. It did seem a bit unorganized though because on the curb was tons of bags that hadn’t been taken in. I am sure that I just came at a bad time though. I will start donating to this location from now on.

A really«good“will ! Lots of selection, especially on apparel. Some items are very high priced. Pretty well organized. A bit dusty, like any thrift store. Each week they have a different color tag at 50% off as well as senior citizen and military discounts. Plus you are supporting a good cause. I make a point to donate often to offset my shopping trips :)

The fun of thrifts stores is that you never know what you will find. Goodwill stores are clean and better organize then some other places. The problem is that sometime items are priced higher then you can get them knew. Also Goodwill should do a better job when they hire their staff or maybe training is lacking.

Nice and clean, probably the newest thrift store in Redlands. Good prices, good selection — and they are always doing 50% off of something. My husband even likes going with me to this one! Best Find: 50’s dish set for like 3 bucks among many other things…
