Jersey Mike’s Subs

So annoyed they can never get an order right! I have been a customer of the franchise in many states yet this location has disappointed me on numerous occasions. Best advise I can give is double check they take your order correctly if you are not dining it.

My husband and I got their manager’s special turkey breast and provolone. Our first time here and it was awesome!!! I love that the deli meat is sliced right before you, so thin, but piled on the sandwich in just the right amount so that we could share a giant sandwich (15″, I think) and with our small bag of chips and our drinks, we left there completely satisfied and have already made plans to visit the location nearer our house.

¹⁰⁄₂₀₁₄ was my first experience with Jersey Mike’s Subs. We got a #43 Beef and a #20 Reuben to go. The clerks were sympathetic to the fact that we were having trouble downloading our coupon and gave us a break and a couple of cookies because it was our first time. Both the sandwiches were delicious! I am not a fan of submarine sandwiches usually, but these were really flavorful and filling. I loved it and I will definitely be back!

Ok this location is really good! Ate at the Rancho Cucamonga on Milliken location, don’t waste your time, customer service needs slot of help the girls need a lesson on how to speak. There’s half the meat on our club, stingy on the toppings as well. I don’t know if these locations are a franchise or company owned. But Redlands Jersey Mikes ROCK! 10 times better. Have eaten at the Rancho Bernardo one as well, it was really good too. Cucamonga needs to take some lessons for sure.

Love the turkey avocado with bacon sandwich aka the California Club. They know how to make a sandwich right.

I came after the lunch rush so it wasn’t too bad. Employees had GREAT customer service, very clean, and my food was delish. I always get the sub club with everything Mike’s Way, I will definitely be back soon!

I ordered Chipotle Chicken Steak and I loved it!

I went there today and ever since I have been throwing up and dizzy and a headache. I was fine before I went there today. I think your mayo was left out too long I dont know. I only got mayo on my sandwich.
Subway is a terrible sub place but atleast they have their mayo in squirt bottles with lids unlike JM that is in a open container with no lid where things can potentially fall in it.

Don’t tell a customer when they bring it to your attention that the guy on veggies isn’t listening to orders, that «he’s fine». Way to make your employees and location look pathetic. I’ll never be back. There’s other locations to chosen from. Good luck with your disrespectful employees.

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes. The cheese and meat are sliced fresh when you order. The staff is polite and professional. And unlike Subway, the sandwiches actually have flavor. I highly recommend coming here.

Jersey Mike’s is the anti-​Subway. They make sandwiches from meat and cheese they cut fresh for your sandwich. It’s not Boar’s Head, but it’s good meat and cheese. Get a regular, not a large, unless you are really hungry. Then get it «Mike’s Way». Always neat and clean too.

Came here for lunch since my friend recommended this place and it happened to be really close to where I was working that day. Since it was my first time coming I wanted their signature sub but it the cold weather made me picked one of their hot subs instead. I got in line to order but the workers were busy since they were doing a major order for one customer. I just waited along with another lady before the guy took our order. He just asked us what we wanted and we waited when they were doing other sandwiches. Suddenly the guy asked for my name even though he was already helping out another lady and I told him while he was asking more questions but I didn’t know if he was addressing the lady or myself. The way he answered back was rude in my opinion.
I ended up getting the chicken parm and I have to say it was really forgettable. It tasted really bland and I was quite disappointed from all the hype of heard from them. I had my order for dine in but they didn’t even give me those trays you would normally get. The customers earlier were given trays for dine in while I and two other dine-​in customers didn’t even get one. Paying the $ 11 for something I felt like I could microwave myself wasn’t worth it. I should of went for one of their cold subs since they’re known for them but it’s too late for regrets.
Lastly, I went to the men’s room to wash my hands and noticed the toilet was clogged. Hope they took care of that by now…

Came here with my boss and some coworkers. One of the sandwiches were done incorrectly and the manager did not want to fix the order. Won’t be coming here again… terrible customer service.

The reason for the 1 star is the service and experience.
They didn’t make it right. We asked for mayo and no vinegar or oil, didn’t get that. We asked for extra bacon on the side. She wrap it up and tighten it which broke it up inside. And she threw it on the counter towards my husband. They charged him for 2 sandwiches and the bacon. Then asked me for my money which my husband was going to pay for all 3. So that’s 2 transactions on the card at 1 place.
The attitude they gave us was not great. They were too busy gossiping about some guys that came into the store flirting with them. Spent $ 40 and customer service was crap!
Hopefully maybe we’ll try again and have a better experience. The manager was helpful and helped us with whatever else we needed. We might go back because of her.
I think Subway is the way to go. It might not be the same quality but their customer service is awesome.

I’ve been to a few different locations. They’re on the level of a Subway type sandwich. Shredded iceberg lettuce and mainly Sysco quality ingredients. I’ve had great grinders when working back east and this isn’t one. In redlands try Severinos, or Citrus Deli for a much better sandwich at the same price.

I ordered the Chipotle Cheese Steak.
However, the lowest-​carb bread available was the wheat bread, but it had too much cornstarch. I would have preferred a flatbread.
Otherwise, the meat and the rest of the ingredients were top-​rate.

Food was okay, bread a bit hard. The mediocre rating was mainly the customer service as well as the lay out.
Unless you’re going to provide excellent customer service, I wouldn’t suggest or hint around for customers to tip before they swipe. A glass jar says a 1,000 words.
Also, they need to sweep up regularly. Im paying $ 10 bucks for a sub and dining area is littered with food trimmings with 5 people working behind the counter?
The establishment felt lost between corporate and character.

Lunchtime. You know it and I know it… there’s too many fast food places. They’re everywhere. I always feel guilty when I do a drive through burger or burrito. I know it’s not good for me and so I need another place to go for a healthier lunch on the go. Enter… Jersey Mike’s.
I can’t stop thinking about these sandwiches. They’re so simple, but so good. They stick to the basics and make sure that the ingredients are fresh and delicious. I usually go for the Italian Sub, but lately I’ve been venturing off into other sandwiches. A couple of them have crispy bacon that are awesome.
There’s lots of parking in the parking lot, but you may not be parking up close. The large outside patio area with water fountains and outdoor seating is perfect to bring your dog with you. Keep up the good work, Jersey Mike.

This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike’s. I arrived with an objective viewpoint, and left impressed at how fresh and good my grinder tasted. I ordered a Regular #13 Combo, which is Jersey Mike’s Original Italian sub. The sub sported Provolone Cheese and several meats: ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. All meats were hand sliced in front of me, so were as freshly carved as they could be. Portions were also generous. Accompanied by a bag of potato chips and a fountain drink, it was a very satisfying lunch.
The place was clean, and employees friendly and helpful at a very busy time. It was packed with patrons, and now I know why!
