Food is great if you ever get it. The bar isn’t what it used to be. Nearly 10 minutes can pass before anyone shows to get your drink order. The young girls at the food order counter always seem confused and lost. For the last 2 years I’ve come here, I keep hoping something will change since the food is good.

These guys a joke. The service was terrible. Unless your a local hipster douche bag you get lousy service. The staff here need to be replaced. Food was typical.

Went on a Saturday night, place was relatively busy, Sat at the bar. Bartender Nathan was cool and on top if everything, he gets 4 stars, won’t give him 5, needs practice pouring beer. Ordered the special pizza minus olives. Food took about 40 minutes, like I said, pretty busy night. The pizza 2 stars, the dough was just right, perfectly crispy, however the rest was too much. Maybe it was just too many toppings that didn’t mix well but it was not good. Also the pizza just fell apart in your hands. Might repeat for the good beer selection and good ambience and maybe next time just order something simple like a pepperoni.

Ordered a vegetarian sandwich on pizza dough, it came with a side and I chose pasta salad. Didn’t know what to expect with pizza dough bread but it was a good choice. Really good sandwich. The pasta salad had to much sauce but was decent. Had a tiny bite if the pizza and it was good, the cheese tasted fresh.

I consider myself a regular here, mostly order to go. When the pizza is cooked «medium brown», it is by far the best pizza in Redlands. But tonight, and the last few times we have ordered, the pizza has been over-​cooked and almost burnt. We will continue to order our Pizza cooked medium and hope they do better next time.

Jersey’s is a Redlands institution. The quality of ingredients is impressive and the prices are very reasonable. The service is like visiting friends. If you don’t understand the community vibe and desire corporate standards and whatever food this is not for you.

Ordered a large vegetarian for take out. The veggies were a little different than the ones usually used. It had way too much broccoli though and the tons of red onion were a little stringy. Not enough cheese and too much sauce, everything just seemed a little out of proportion. That being said the crust was perfect and the flavoring was good. Might order from here again, but would order something different.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and one small cheese pizza. Sandwiches were small and definitely not worth $ 7. The pasta salad that came with them was the worst I’ve had. Half of the container was filled with some generic Italian dressing. The pizza had very little sauce and it was super greasy. It was like eating burnt toast with melted cheese on top. The girl was polite but they still messed up the order (ordered no Swiss cheese and got extra Swiss cheese). $ 25 wasted.

Good veggie pizza if you enjoy a thicker crust. But this crap with the bar and food ringing separately and selling old school pitchers of soda?! It’s just STUPID! Get your act together. WHO DOES THAT?!

In the three years since this last review, I still haven’t found a pizza better than Jersey’s. Still the best in the «IE» in my opinion.
Disregard the one star reviews, just whining over service, this pizza is top notch.

Totally worth the slow, lackluster customer service. We came for their Thursday night special, 1 medium 3-​topping pizza and a specialty salad. We sat at the bar and ordered beer while we waited. I could’ve easily finished my beer before even our salad came out so be prepared to wait. But let me tell you, the pizza is worth it. The salad is good too but I honestly wouldn’t bother with it if it weren’t part of the deal.

Not much to say except very yummy! We had gone to Romanos and were too hungry to wait an hour for a table =/
So we took a stroll to see if there was another place nearby and came here. We were served right away despite the crowd and the pizza was great!

Voted 2015 «Best Pizza in Redlands» in a blind taste test conducted by Redlands Daily Facts. Toted my kids to taste test it for ourselves and our taste buds were amazed! My kids customized their own personal pizzas– no fight over toppings. Hubs and I split the Bullfighter– wow o wow, YUMMY! A day later I’m longing for another bite.
Ambiance is a casual mom ‘n pop vibe. Good place to watch a game since they have big screen tvs. The staff seems to know the regulars pretty well. I’m definitely a fan.

One of my favorite pizza places in town! They load their pizzas with fresh toppings and don’t skimp on the cheese. The dough is one of the best I’ve had!
They are not a fast food or claim to be so if your in a hurry go somewhere else. They take their time with every pizza and it’s worth the wait!

I will never patronize this establishment again. This evening I received the worse «customer service» ever. The two girls working there when they «apologized» about my extremely legitimate concern rolled their eyes at me. There are so many better options for pizza in town with employees that actually care about customer service. No personal insults here but seriously if my staff ever acted that way towards our clients in front of me they would no longer have a job.

Placed an order on the phone for a large pizza they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes an hour and 15 minutes later my pizza was still not done terrible service bad customer relations they just acted like they did not care I was there on March seventh Saturday evening would never go back again the food was decent but customer service really sucked .very unorganized.
