I live about an hour drive from Mozart’s, but it is so worth the drive. This shop has everything you want for Christmas, whether it’s something for decorating or gift giving. The sales people are constantly fine tuning the merchandise and keeping it appealing to the customers. I didn’t find them rude… they just let you take your time looking at all the beautiful things. For me, it’s the shop that welcomes you and puts you in a Christmas mood. The salespeople are there when you need them. I love Mozart’s!

I’ve been in this store many times and I am never greeted. The items keep me coming back but not the customer service. I purchased a gift the other day and only one young lady working there greeted me after being in the store for 20 minutes. Retail 101, greet your customers always. They are why your in business.

Beautiful store. Especially for Christmas Items. Have to agree with other reviewers they were rude and followed me around. I spent over $ 100 and another cashier mentioned I should receive a free plate. I thought hey neat but was quickly informed by another employee they were out. Temperature is very warm and the store is crowded and tight. Very judgy flavor in the atmosphere. This store is NOT Neiman Marcus! Get over yourselves ladies!

Mozart’s is a fantastic little gem of a gift shop located in Downtown Redlands on Citrus Avenue. I’ve been down in this area dozens of times over the past few years and never even knew this shop existed until my mother told me about it and we gave it a visit one day. All I can say is… wow! Well okay maybe more than wow. What kind of Unilocal review would THAT be?! Seriously though, this place is a major«chick store» and more. There are all kinds of things to be found here. From fantastic costume jewelry to Swarovski Crystal goods; from fun scarves and clothing items to hats and accessories; from alllll kinds of home decorations in different categories to garden art; from swanky hand bags and purses to fine cosmetics. This store has a lot to offer. Its laid out so you wander around like a labyrinth; finding all kinds of new things in nooks and crannies. The result is a cozy but not cramped feeling like can occur at similar stores(such as Mrs. Tiggywinkles in Riverside). This is also THE place in Redlands to go during the holidays for ornaments and beautiful Christmas decorations and gifts. They really go all out during this time of year. You’re bound to find something for your tree or home. They even do gift wrapping for purchases made there. The people here are friendly and informative, and they don’t stalk you like people at other stores do(e.g. Pebble People in Solvang). The prices range from reasonable to pricey depending on what you find. Every budget is appealed to here, and they feature a lot of locally made products. Mozart’s is definitely a place to bring your wife/mom/aunt/grandmother. But be warned. you could easily lose hours of your life in this place!

Very polite and answered my question. I had asked if they do gift-wrapping; at first Glenda said they do, but afterwards she said they do only if it’s something purchased from their store. Nothing negative, just wanted to leave my feedback and thank Glenda for trying.

This place has such beautiful things! But that’s the only positive thing I can say about this business. I have been here about 5 times and every single time I felt like I was being followed. I’m younger so maybe that’s why??? I just felt so uncomfortable… Like I was being accused to wanting to steal something. I was so self conscious that I didn’t even want to go into my purse for my cell phone or anything. Anyways… This store has the most beautiful window displays and items but I will never go in there again.

This is THE place to go when you need a gift for a mom/aunt/grandma and have no clue what to get them. They have very cute displays with creative ideas and some unique(and not so unique) things. Service here is spotty if you are not over 40 and a white woman. I take this from personal experience and from a couple of other close friends’ experiences. When you do get service it is finicky. Still it cannot be beat for inspiration. Many of the exact things can be found at Target or online for half the price. They are a Brighton and Pandora authorized retailer if you’re putting together a charm bracelet for anyone. I recently bought a Pandora bracelet for a gift and it took me about 20 minutes to get someone to help me. I have the feeling they did not think I was a serious buyer. That does not win any points… especially since I Unilocal ;) They are not priced in a way that they could be too useful for home staples, but like I said, gifts are aplenty here… from teacups to rooster spoon rests, flower pens and frilly aprons. I have seen their window displays at Christmas and will probably check it out again then. It is not a good place for kids as it is very cluttered and many things are fragile. If you have time to kill and are stumped for a gift, find inspiration here!

Awesome place for gifts and home décor! Many things are over priced in my opinion, but for the most part I love visiting Mozarts!

This is my go-to place for the Pandora jewelry line. They have a great selection of beads and have recently started carrying the rings, necklaces, and earrings. I once had an issue with a broken bracelet and Jan O. was so helpful and we were able to resolve it. The ladies are all just great and I love their complimentary gift wrapping. They also have many other beautiful treasures here, so check it out.

Whenever I need something unique and special for a gift, this is the first spot I go to. You would think their items are overpriced because of the location but actually I found many things here that were more costly on ebay. Support your local business and give this place a try. Free gift wrapping is a plus and they pay attention to every detail.

My go-to gift shop when I need a gift for my mom. :) What I like best is the exceptional customer service-the ladies are so friendly and attentive, and will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
