I normally work out in the Bay Area and this class was as good or better than what I generally experience. Great group of folks participating and very supportive environment. The spin/​circuit design is excellent cross-​training and core work.
Jill and Sean (the owners) also work in the club to ensure that everything is in order and coordinated. I’d definitely recommend it for an «all levels» (including very fit) as the structure is designed to accommodate that approach and there was a nice mix of male and female participants in a broad age range.

Came out here for the TRX Supension training cert. This studio is located in downtown Redlands. Its a nice area to visit. This is a nice studio that plays EDM music for an hour while having group classes. It felt magical being in that presence. The studio is a half yoga /​half TRX type feel and is very energetic. hence the name. I enjoyed my training for TRX here. If I lived closer I would come more often.
Parking is out front or in the rear so there is plenty of parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well.

The Energy Lab is a life changing place. Jill is an all around amazing person who has so much passion. I always looked forward to every class and always seemed to learn something new. Pilates with Jill was my ultimate favorite! I moved up north and wish I could’ve brought The Energy Lab with me!

This is what I found… a warm welcome by Jill, her husband and her staff. It was obvious from the first visit that The Energy Lab is a place to get healthy and happy. The focus is not on how you look but rather on how you feel! After just three weeks working with Jill, I am enthused and excited to be moving. She is so knowledgeable that I trust her completely. I trust her to lead me to a healthy body without fear of injuring myself. Already, I am gaining strength, endurance and confidence. I love the feeling of accomplishment when Jill encouragingly pushes me and I manage to do to do a little more or try something new. After our workout today, I told Jill that «I haven’t had this much fun getting this tired since I was a kid.»

The Energy Lab is always fun – even when the workouts are difficult. Jill and all of the other instructors are very positive. They manage to make it fun to be pushed hard during a workout. The classes have a lot of variety, so workouts never get boring and your body doesn’t get in a rut. The Energy Lab attracts a very positive clientele as well, which just adds to the enjoyment even more.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy going to the energy lab. I’ve been going to classes for over a year and I have to say they are fun, energizing, challenging, but definitely something you can do! I leave sore and tired, yet somehow still full of energy for the rest of my day! Instructors are awesome, encouraging and actually work out alongside you instead of just telling you what you should be doing. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to classes and training at the Energy lab for the past 2 years. I can not recommend it highly enough. The classes are challenging but not impossible. Friendly atmosphere and a great selection of classes.

This is the most inspiring lab for physical and mental training I’ve ever experienced. Owner Jill Rooks, who teaches alongside her students, motivates and inspires with every word & movement. Her encouragement and love for mind body health and oneness is evident in everything she does and says. This is an experience not to be missed for those who want to taken their fitness goals to the next level. Pat & Claudia Ross

Class size was great. Cool building with lots of equipment. The exercise was intense and challenged me to push my limits. I will definitely be going back.
