Staff was very friendly. They helped me find every thing that I needed. The sales we’re unbelievable, can’t wait to visit again.

Thoroughly disappointed with the organization of this store! Items of merchandise so high on the wall you can’t access any of them! And it is difficult to find someone to do it for you. For sale signs are commingled with the regular price merchandise, making it exceedingly difficult to know what is on sale and what is not. Associates are helpful enough, but they often did not know the true prices of the merchandise nor any of the specs. There was obviously some sort of credit card sign up contest being held amongst the employees as we overheard many of them talking about it, and were approached by a number of them as well. Such a mess and not fun. I hope you guys get it together soon!

Disappointed with the costumer service @ Old Navy Redlands CA. Went shopping 9÷26÷158pm figuring since the store was not busy I would be out of there in a reasonable time. When I got to the cash registers the two costumers there looked like they were being rung up(no problems). Wrong. Both male cashiers were chatting up nonsense with the costumers yet not ringing them up. One of the cashiers went as far as talking about lollipops and motioned to lick a lollipop. I watched their conversation for several minutes. Finally one of the costumers left, so I proceeded to the register. The cashier(whom I later found out was the manager) closed up his register in front of me while telling me he couldn’t help me and I needed to get back in line and wait. I was disappointed but figured he had to be leave. That was not the case. The manager didn’t leave, he was just going about his merry self. More awkward moments past. After some leisure he decided to help the other struggling cashier enter a coupon. I left the store with out buying anything. When I got home called the store to asked for the manager and lo and behold the manager I was speaking to was the lazy rude cashier I was calling to complain about. I will be writing a letter to corporate soon if I find the time.

Unorganized, unhelpful floor staff & cashier. The dressing room staff was polite. I hope they get it together because I like their merchandise.
