So I went here and picked up 2 pants that I really liked. The price was marked down to 10 $ but went I went to pay for them, the cashier told me that the price is marked wrong and the actual price is 22 $. This is really ridiculous. I will be calling the store manager and will probably write a letter to their main corporation. She did not apologize or say any words. I just walked out and didn’t get anything from them. This would be my last time going there. Make sure to check the prices before you shop from here.

I’ve been a fan of BR for a while, specially for my work clothes. When I saw that this store was opening I was excited because that meant I didn’t have to drive to Cabazon for a factory store. As far as the store itself its nicely set up and the staff has been super friendly and helpful. They have some great deals/​discounts!
If you don’t want to deal with the crowds and everything surrounding big shopping malls like Ontario Mills or Cabazon, this is the best BR Factory Store in the IE.

Really nice clean layout for an outlet store. The employees were very helpful and very friendly. The only reason this was not a five star review is because they did not have a decent selection of sizes, meaning more the largest sizes were already sold out, leaving us with a bunch of smalls and extra smalls with a scant few mediums available. Otherwise, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

I’ll preface this review by saying i’m not a fan of factory anything-​it usually means subpar quality and this is no exception. I go in looking for something that stands out, and didn’t find anything. If you need no-​brainer work clothes you’ll probably find the basics here… sleeveless shells for our atrocious heat, then a cardie for the office a/c-yawn…along with some rather sad prints and unflattering color palettes. I also noticed so many styles of their tops were cut so boxy and short, and you could tell the hems were going to grow on the sweaters and knits – did they not get the memo that everyone wants long and fitted?
I have had luck at the Cabazon BR and was hoping this would be similar-​sadly, it’s not.

Great store and nice to have one close by. Sale prices have been fantastic. Only thing lacking is staff personality… except the ladies that have been assigned to the fitting room… been there about 6X now and the ladies in the dressing room are sweet. Manager lacks personality and can come off rude and this has every single time I’ve come in. I usually get great service in all other regular BR stores… so I’m a bit disappointed with the lack of it here. hopefully the service gets better and the lack of personality won’t put me off too much. We shall see…

Brand new store that has only been open for a few weeks. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Inside has the new store smell and is clean. Every piece of clothing is folded and organized. Many of the clothing is on sale. Went here on a Tuesday evening and the store is basically empty. Will come here again to avoid the crowds at mall locations.
