I was in/​out within 20 min. Keep in mind they are located at the «corner» Suite-​A, not to be confused with 2 other smog shops within the same business complex. This place is a diamond in the rough. Plenty of parking is always a plus, many shops will attempt to sell you services that you most likely don’t need such as oil change/​tire rotation etc; Redlands Smog differs by simply do what a customer asks and send you on your way as quickly as possible. A +++++ Experience.

This place is awesome. My first time getting a smog and seriously what a good experience. No hidden fees. All the other places would say this is your cost but doesn’t include your dmv certificate like why else would I be getting this? Redlands smog put the price out (very reasonable price) and it includes everything. Such a good experience I was compelled to write a review

Took the RV today for a smog check. Thank you God it passed :) Ricky the service tech/​manager and I think the owner was Awesome. I needed a new fuel cap and Ricky said no problem «let me order one for you», 30 seconds later he says it’s on it’s way. :) Ricky tells me to wait in the customer area and as soon as he is finished with a small Nissan my RV is next. 15 minutes later Ricky says sorry ran into a few minor issues with the Nissan am I ok waiting. I said yes thank you for being considerate of my time. 30 minutes later great news it passed. This is what I am talking about no hassle, no back and forth just go in and the work gets done. I will be back and recommend this smog shop. Once again thank you for the awesome service.

I have lived in the area for 20 years and had a long time mechanic who’s service comes nowhere close to the service I receive here! So glad I switched from that shop and the overpriced services! I also have friends who switched for the better service and price. Great customer service at Redlands Smog Stop and Ricky always does a great job!

Do not take your car here! I took my to get smog and pay $ 50.00 dollars cash. And the man stated that my car didn’t pass the smog. however if I pay him extra $ 10.00 cash he will pass the smog.
My car is in great condition with no check engine I though it was odd that it didn’t pass smog. So I end up taking car else were and pay to get my car smog, and it pass with no issues. I will file a complaint with the better Business Bureau. For doing fraud work just so he can’t get extra cash.

Bring cash and mention the online coupon= $ 40! That was for my Duramax diesel full size Chevy… did it in 30 minutes. Barely had time to go to Lowes and shop!

Walked in, they gave me the price, they smogged the vehicle, and it passed. That’s pretty much what you want from this type of place. No bartering, no adding unneeded repairs, and no gimmicks. A fair experience.

Just had another one of my cars smog tested here. I’ve been taking my cars here for years and they have always been fantastic. Prompt service, friendly and accommodating staff, competitive prices. I have not had any major engine work done (I do most of my own work), but if I needed to, I would feel comfortable having them do the work.
Tip: for the best chance of having not wait to have your car smog tested, go early in the morning.

RIP OFF! I went here for a smog. Ended up having to get work done, 1000 dollars worth! Then there credit card machine was «down» so I had to give them cash. Right then and there I should have known it was a bad place! Anyways ended up getting my car smogged, and the day I left my check imagine light went on! So I went back and they tried to tell me a list of things that could be wrong! I have a newer car as well. They weren’t the friendliest either! There waiting room is really dirty, spiders and spider webs, dirt on floor and smells. I won’t be going back.

Do Not take your car here!!! I brought my 2004 325i BMW here just to get smogged. Ended up paying $ 1000.00 to have all O2 sensors replaced. Finally after driving over 400 miles and taking it back 4 different times it finally passed. 10 minutes after leaving the store my «check engine» light came on again. So I took it back for them to then say I had a leak somewhere in the engine. Would be couple more hundred dollars. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere professional. Not to mention their store is so dirty and not taken care. Crap cars go to a crap place.
