The ladies that do eyebrows are alright. They always make mine too thin though, but a lack of a better place has kept me coming back every once in a while.

Worst place to get your brows done. Lady took off half of just one of my eyebrows. So disappointed

To start off and be fair the location and atmosphere of the place is great.
However, I was very displeased with the eyebrow threading I received.
When I walk in the woman greets me and she’ quickly sits me down and starts on my eyebrows.
She didn’t ask how I wanted my brows.
If I wanted them thin, or if I was just looking to clean up the unwanted hair.
4 mins later when she shows me the result I wasn’t pleased to know I’d be walking out with brows like Pamela Anderson.
I mean, thin brows can be nice but that’s not what I wanted because it doesn’t compliment my face.
Nor do I want my brows to look completely different from another. My right brow has an angular peak and the left looks like a 1920’s flapper with rounded brows.
The woman was nice, yet I wish she would’ve taken the moment to ask what I was looking for.
My first day of school I will be arriving looking like I draw my brows in with sharpie.

Omg getting threaded hurts like crazy but it’s last longer than waxing. I started threading a couple of moths ago because I was not happy with waxing. Waxing would leave behind hair, give me a rash and grow back within a week. So I decided to try threading and even though it hurt I noticed some hairs were still left behind BUT no rash and the results lasted longer than a week.

Love it. and you’re 10^th eyebrow is free when u sign up for txt… friendly staff. clean and organized. they get you in and out pretty quickly.

My wife has been coming here for years. After some coaxing during a recent trip she finally convinced me to have my eyebrows threaded. I have to admit that it wasn’t my favorite feeling but having them done quickly and going from unibrow to not-​bad in just a few minutes is well worth the price. Sunita has always done a great job for me. There’s usually no wait and I’m on my way in about 5 minutes. Even my 14 yo & 18 yo boys stop by when they get a little bushy.
Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Ruby’s Bangles (Moreno Valley) to get my eyebrows for 10 years now… I’ve never left disappointed. BUT this redlands location is HORRIBLE! After walking in the one employee is on the her cell phone screaming at someone (obviously a personal call) she tells me to sit in the chair and is still on the phone as she’s prepping to start I wait a good 2 mins as she’s hovering over me still on the phone. So she finally hangs up and starts, I go in for a clean up and she leaves me with the thinnist eyebrows ever. I have a lot of brow to work with and she just kept saying thats your shape… YES thats my shape that doesn’t meant that you have to give me pencil thin eyebrows!!! I was telling her what a bad job she did and she says «they will grow back, only pay me $ 5» I told her no I’m not paying you anything you ruined my eyebrows… NEVER EVER again will I return to this location… take the drive to Moreno Valley and save yourself a huge upset. BTW this was on a Wednesday if it helps any.

I’ve never been more upset after leaving an eyebrow appointment. Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and have never seen someone do a more incompetent job. I specified that I preferred an arch as opposed to a rounded center and what does the tech do? She basically made my eyebrows into anemic lines in pursuit of an artificial arch that made me look like a Chola clown. I wanted to cry. I am angry at myself for even paying them. I’ve been waiting two months now for my eyebrows to be restored to their former state. If it were up to me after that experience this place would have been burned to the ground.

My experience getting my eyebrows threaded here was horrid. I told the lady working there I wanted here to leave me eyebrows thick and to just to clean them up. What does she end up doing? The opposite! She completely turned my thicker eyebrows into sharpie eyebrows. She also did half-​a** job. I was still left with some eyebrow hairs. I noticed I had some eyebrow hairs below the inner part of my eyebrow that she wasn’t suppose to touch, but no she decided to thin my eyebrows out. Another thing she did was screw up the inner part of my eyebrows where they start; one starts way past the bridge of my nose. Also when she went to trim my eyebrows she got a huge scissor out and attempted to trim my eyebrows. Obviously a huge scissor like that is not going to work; my eyebrow hairs are still long. I even own an eyebrow scissor, I don’t know why this place doesn’t. Now I have to attend a wedding with sharpie eyebrows. Not pleased at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I love this place! The lady I see on Fridays or Saturdays is always friendly and is awesome at what she does! I used to get my eyebrows waxed, not anymore! I will continue to go regardless of these reviews. There’s always someone not happy but I know I leave happy every time.

I’ve been getting my eye brows done here for years now & regardless of some bad reviews I continue to be very pleased with the my threading sessions I’ve received.
In addition, Ruby’s also offers a wide variety of Henna Tattoo’s and they are done free handily which are pretty amazing to see.
Furthermore, Ruby’s also sell middle eastern attire, such as dresses, scarves, head wraps, shoes, jewelry, & some videos for those of you that might enjoy one.

Wow. I am so so SO highly disappointed. How is this place even in business? The lady who did my eyebrows COMPLETELY ignored what I wanted and messed up my eyebrows! There’s a big chunk of it missing from my left brow and they’re both uneven and extremely thin. Not only was that bad but when I told her she made a mistake, she started talking back and giving me attitude instead of saying sorry! I personally know how to thread eyebrows and I’ve done on myself as well as others but sometimes I get too lazy to do it on my own. I was hoping to be pleased but boy was I wrong! This is a warning ladies, only go here if you want thin and uneven eyebrows! I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could.

So I went here to get my eyebrows threaded and not only did she pull out waaaayyy too much of a good portion of my actual brow… but she also cut my cheek with the scissors. Last time I ever go to this location!

I only have one eyebrow now… NOT GOOD! As I told her I was not happy and that the side of my eyebrow was gone, she said she was very careful in that area because she noticed it was thin… well now there is no eyebrow and it has not grown back.
