I experienced very poor customer service at this location today. This was not the first time, as I come here almost every day, but today was exceptionally bad. I pulled up to the drive thru line at exactly 3pm and waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker to order. 15 minutes just to order! Then, I waited another 5 minutes to get my drink! When I finally got to the window, the barista didn’t even apologize or mention anything about it, even after I had already said something about the wait when I ordered. I basically had to force an apology out of her, which was very insincere when she did apologize. The worst part is that my drink tasted very watered down and not like it usually does. I ordered the iced caramel macchiato, which I order almost every time I visit Starbucks, so I know what it is supposed to taste like. Because of this, I was late for class! I didn’t exactly plan to be trapped in a drive thru for that long today, so I was late because of it. This location is just blocks from where I live. I guess I will have to find somewhere else to get my coffee.

I’ve been coming here since this location opened. The morning team is awesome, they know my order, they remember my name. They always say hello and they truly made me a loyal fan of this specific location. My boyfriend and I drive across town to come to this one even when we are near by other Starbucks

Forget walking into a Starbucks location that has a drive thru. Walk-ins are not a priority. Have been waiting over 7 minutes for a drink when I didn’t have to wait to order. The only reason I went in instead of the drive-thru was because I needed to use the restroom. The restroom was disgustingly filthy. I frequent Starbucks out of convenience but will certainly not return to this location

I usually come here without any issues. But tonight I ordered a tall hot mocha for my mom. After i gave it to her she pointed out something i didn’t notice. Her drink was LITERALLY a little more than half the cup. On top of that, it was peppermint. I ordered a grande hot peppermint mocha, and it looks to me like they poured the leftover into what was supposed to be for my mom. What the hell Starbucks? Lol. I mean my drink was fine but obviously they were too lazy to make my mother’s coffee individually. I went to this one because the one downtown redlands did the same thing. I should’ve stayed loyal to coffee bean. They have better coffee anyway.

This location is very convenient for the mountain commuter going up the highway. Grab a coffee, head on up to the wilderness. Drive thru time in the am are great. I go through around 730am usually, and I’m in and out in under 5 mins most days. Pretty good all thing considered.

Yet another crappy customer service experience. I asked for help three times before an employee told me it wasn’t her job… Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure how this Starbucks operates with such terrible service. I’ve been back to try and give this location another shot. But every time I leave more frustrated and unhappy than the last time.

This place has greatly improved. I’m convinced that they have the fastest Starbucks drive thru around. Often there is a line for the speaker and a gap to the window. Cranking it out.

Have never messed up any of my drinks. Consistency on their skinny vanilla lattes is pretty good. Sometimes when you go to different locations, you’ll be be wondering how your drink will be. This location is always same. No surprises.

This is the WORST Starbucks I have EVER been to. I don’t normally say things like this but they must hire completely incompetent people. This is now the THIRDTIME I have gone here and left with out a drink!!! This time i try to order two Carmel ribbon crunch’s and guess what… They don’t have anything to make them with… AGAIN… I ask why? They say they sold out of the stuff. I say then why is it that I come in super early and you’re still sold out… The guys response… Well it’s almost over any way so it doesn’t matter… ITDOESMATTERITSONTHEMENUEITSAYSTRYOURCARMELRIBOONCRUNCH! Then I decide to order two different drinks fine… Here is where the real problem started although I was already irritated. I order EVOLUTIONORANGE, ORANGEJUICE… the guy in drive thru has NO idea what I’m asking for says they don’t have Orange Juice asks about all this other stuff. He even asked me if it was on their SECRETMENUE!!! Really??? ORANGEJUICE??? On the secret MENUE!!! REALLY!!! I drive out of drive thru WALKIN and in their cooler case there was THREE rows of EVOLUTIONORANGE orange Juice… And bad enough IF he can’t read… THERES A PICTUREOFANORANGEONTHELABEL!!! So once again this starbucks has the LAZIEST people work for them. There is NO standard of excellence at this place and if all Starbucks were as awful as this one, they would go belly up. I will NEVER visit this location again.

I love this Starbucks! In fact, I refer to it as my «home Starbucks.» The people are fantastic, the store is roomy, clean, friendly, and it’s a great atmosphere to come to for coffee, food, with friends and/or personal time for devotion, study, reflection, etc.

Love this starbucks. They are always QASA ready and make it easy to be a customer. I’m always greeted when I walk in the door. Though it is a new location with new partners, they always try their best to get the orders correct and to standard. Great job!

I dont like this Starbucks, When I told the girl at the drive thru that their Starbucks Very Berry never comes out like ANYOTHER Starbucks even after ordering it several times with light water or no water she pretty much tried to explain why they are the best. Well lady youre not the best because I can go to 5 other Starbucks and get the same very berry but go tp your store and it be CLEAR unlike the other stores they actually make it right. Secondly when I asked for no water in my chai tea latte the girl charged me more! Ummm we are in a drought riggt now they should be charging to add water not take it away. My drink went up about 75 cents after asking them to not put it in. Needless to say after several attempts, I will NOT go back no matter how convenient it is. No one likes paying $ 5 for a damn coffee/tea and it not be right. I shouldnt have to pay another $ 1 – 2 for it to be right the drink is over priced as it is.

This is a nice brand new coffee shop, perfect for getting your caffeine high before heading into the mountains. It’s very spacious inside but they do not have that much seating. There is a nice patio outside with tables, chairs and umbrellas as it can get very hot out.

I have lived in this side of Redlands my whole life-so I am happy that there is finally a Starbucks nearby. It beats having to drive to Yucaipa or downtown Redlands. I have been here a few times and the service has been great both in-store and drive-thru. My only gripe is that there is not much sitting space to sit down inside. I went one day with the intention of reading and drinking some coffee and there was nowhere to sit and ended up having to go to Coffee Bean, which is bigger and accommodates bigger crowds.
