I had been calling this location for about 45 minutes. The whole time the line just beeped saying that it was busy. Seems like they just left the phone off the hook so they don’t have to answer calls. I will take my business somewhere else.

Best Taco Bell in the IE. I work in the field so I eat out more than I want too. I’ve been to nearly all the Taco Bell… I have a problem.
Food here is full with meat unlike so many others where its more rice and fillers. Customer service here is good too.

They are pretty spot on for making each order really well. They evenly distribute the ingredients and never skimp on ingredients either.
The staff is super friendly and I have never had my order messed up {and I come here more than I would like to admit!}.
My favorite go-​to is their bean and cheese burrito with sour cream, classic nachos, and soft chicken taco with spicy ranch!

I have never once come to this Taco Bell and not have a perfect experience in the drive-​thru. As far as minimum wage fast food jobs each employee at this location takes their job seriously and I am one to appreciate it. Even if I do feel guilty for feeding my body with such delicious garbage. Way to go crew.

I will never come back. The service is horrible. The poor drive thru guy cant handle more than one order at a time. That made for a super long drive thru line. Not good Taco Bell. Get your guys properly trained

Worst service ever, we ordered 12 Doritos Locos tacos (6 Cheese, 6 Cool Ranch) and we asked for chicken instead of beef meat. When they bring the tacos to the table we unwrap the tacos and guess what… They’re beef. I point out the error to the guy who took our order and ask again if we can get chicken. He says «Fine» and he brings us the tacos. So we unrap up and come to find out, they are bean tacos with no chicken at all… I go up to the counter and the manager comes up saying that if I want chicken, I have to pay extra because chicken is more expensive in the market. I tell her «I don’t care how much I have to pay, just get the f*ckin order right.» She kept on babbling about paying extra and I finally got my family and left.
Worst experience ever…

Better than the one in San Bernardino on Redlands Blvd & Waterman. I hope that one remains closed. The service, cleanliness, and kindness of the store and the workers here was by far better than the other store.

Had the munchies and knew I had to come here. I got some delicious 3 layer nachos. I was with my bae and the super sexy gay cashier named Toni was all lusting over our relationship. Heh what can I say we are both gorgeous guys in love. I loved it here of course. Very roomy and friendly… Just sayin

Been here a couple of times before and have always had a good experience so far. I would have said «great» but there was a time when they forgot to add the lettuce and tomato on all of our tacos :-/​
Anyhow, props to Justin who verified that the credit card matched the person on the ID card. I highlight this fact because we had the experience of getting a wallet stolen and our cc was used at a McDonald’s in Pomona where an ID was not asked for.

Everytime I come here (walk in or drive thru), the staff is great! They have great attitudes and are much nicer than you’d expect, especially on those late night Doritos Tacos runs.
The place is pretty clean. The staff cleans up right after a customer leaves, opening up more tables for customers.
I was never a Taco Bell can until the Doritos Tacos (Cool Ranch) and Happier Hour.
Happier Hour 3−5pm Everyday! Get your Baja Blast, Black Cherry, or Vanilla Dr. Pepper Float Freezes all for $ 1! Regularly, regular sizes are close to $ 2. So this saves you some pocket change. Change you can use for the $ 1 Cravings menu, which doesn’t have horrible options.
Finally tried the quesarito and I probably shouldn’t have, but Chipotles line is way too long and it’s only $ 2 here! Pretty heavy on the salt. It was enough to fill me up for a quick lunch though. For $ 2 I expected a much smaller burrito.
I approve of this Taco Bell location for the great service!

Five stars because they meet my expectations for Taco Bell. I’ve been in some poor Taco Bell’s across the country. This is one of the good ones. Great customer service. Friendly employees. Tasty food. Top notch Taco Bell experience!
The environment is clean and well lit. I got my food in about two minutes. Come in after 8 PM.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a meximelt… oh dear, was i surprised when i found out that i cannot eat it in the car because the wrap was SOAKING WET from the «juice» from the meximelt. Wehn I got home, the wrap was stuck on the meximelt and I just threw it away :(

It’s the only Taco Bell in the area, the employees are nice, and it’s a LOT better than the Taco Bell in San Bernardino off Waterman. What more can I say? They never mess up my order. And if they do, then you can simply ask them to fix it. There’s really not much to complain about with this place!

Had breakfast for the first time, not so great. Had some AM crunch wrap thing — cheese & bacon were both cold, tater tots were nice & crispy though. Staff was nice & friendly. Will probably stick to taco & burritos next time.

Cantina Bell bowl is really awesome! I never go to Taco Bell, and I totally didn’t expect them to have anything really stellar, so I was pleasantly surprised!

Frequent mistakes on food orders including receiving the completely wrong food, uncut quesadillas, and sloppily made food with skimpy portions compared to the company standard. The cantina bowls are overpriced and gross.
Employees are largely unprofessional and rude. Dining room and bathroom are filthy, drive thru is slow even during non busy hours, and even the water tastes bad. If they mess up on your order more than once, they’ll get frustrated and annoyed at you.
On the whole, Taco Bell food is cooked in bags of hot water. None of the meat is grilled. Everything on the menu tastes like Poseidon’s salty butthole.

Coming from the East coast, I prefer Taco Bell to Del Taco. So I was pleased when I found out there was a Taco Bell near my place. Sadly, this Taco Bell kinda sucks. I takes forever to get your food! Then when you do, it’s prepared and wrapped very poorly so when you eat, it can become very messy.
