We love this place the food is amazing and the owner and all the workers there are so sweet and nice. We go here at least 3 times a week if not more. Thank you for giving Cuca’s a run for their money and some compilation. Lol. Thanks Albert for hooking up my salad today. It was Delightful. We should name it Shan’s Delight hahaha love you all.

Taco shack is one of the main Mexican food places I go to regularly in Redlands. They always have so many people in line because their food is so good! I usually get the carne Asada fries. These fries are LOADED with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, chicken, and of course fries! It’s always good when you’re looking to pig out and you have a big plate of mouthwatering carne fries in front of you! Their tacos and burritos are also some of the classics you can find here. Though on occasion, I find myself eating burritos that are a little dull on taste but that is okay because their salsa makes up for it! They have plenty of TV’s to watch any sports games like soccer or football. Definitely going here during any soccer finals or World Cup/​Olympics action!

The customer services was good but I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The fish in the fish tacos did not taste fresh. I ordered the chile rellenos and was not impressed either. Would not come back again.

I had the worst burrito of my life here yesterday. It was like one of those frozen burritos you find in grocery store freezers. I came here because I had heard good things and the location and setup look inviting. But the food made me ill (just now recovering) and the service, while not unfriendly, seems immature and unprofessional. I love restaurants (my parents owned one many years ago) and ordinarily would give one a second chance. But not when the food is THIS bad! I won’t be back.

So much confusion are we open or are we closed and No one seemed to know who was in charge. Paid 17.25 for 2 sub standard burritos and the meat was dry, beans dry, and no flavor. If I could rate this taco shack I would say zero. I don’t know what part of Mexico the cook learned how to cook, but send him back.

Food is always good but the service has defiantly declined since it open. Order is usually wrong cashiers hardly acknowledge you when you walk it and frequently have an attitude towards each other or the customer. Makes you slightly uncomfortable. Love the street tacos though. So four stars for taste. Two stars for service.

So good. We went on taco Tuesday for the first time and the tacos were great, especially the carnitas. Service was nice, the place is clean and had a great atmosphere; nice family environment and they had the playoff game on. The beans were really good, too! We’ll definitely be back!

The food wasn’t too bad we came back for the second time and we WERE really disappointed with how long it took to get oUr food. it was slow and still took 45 minutes to get our food. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

Asada tacos were dry. Disappointed in the Fish Tacos. But the real reason why I keep coming back… the friendly service and their CHILIQUILES with green sauce! SO GOOD! The papas are nicely seasoned and crispy. Once in a while they will have menudo, posole and tortilla soup specials and it’s the best in town. You get a lot for $ 5.99 with fresh homemade flour tortillas

Went in today on my 30 min lunch. My food was ready fast! I ordered 3 carne asada street tacos w/​guacamole. It was so filling & DELICIOUS! Whenever I’m back in Redlands, I’m sure to return!

Best fish taco special ever!!! On Thursdays they have the special. The tacos are a great size with big pieces of fish. Great customer service as well. Love this place

Great customer service the fish tacos are really good the only thing I didn’t like was the tortilla it was dry same with there street tacos the tortilla is so dry you need to rinse it down with a drink.

Disappointed orders 16 fish tacos and 3 didn’t have fish and they skimmed on the fish they were a really small piece the first time I went they did good but was very disappointed with the second visit. Won’t be going back there anymore there are many other tacos places in Redlands.

This place is amazing, the food is so good and fresh they have healthier options not just the run of the mill rice sides and fries. Their fruit cup sides are so tasty and it’s nice to eat it outside on their comfortable outdoor patio and enjoy the Cali weather. On top of that the prices are amazing.

Happen to be in redlands yesterday not from that area. We had a craving for mexican food. We ordered chorizo tacos and not sure why they decided to put a very small amount of meat and the rest beans from a can. The tacos are very dry and not much meat. I also got carne asada fries and nachos. To our dissapointment they all came with can beans. They covered them so much with it that we did not even eat the food. Not good at all.
Two things I can say is the people are friendly and the green salsa is delicious.
Not sure how it gets 4 stars…:(

I’ve come here twice and both times were outstanding! I got the fish tacos– excellent. And I’ve tried their breakfast burritos. I had bacon and my mom got chorizo. Both delicious. The customer service is great! Everyone is nice and always have a smile on their face. I also love the fact that they play Christian music. It’s a very nice atmosphere — feels like home.

Pretty small restaurant with a patio that is bigger than the actual dinning room. The food is okay here. Nothing too exciting but, it’s acceptable for a quick lunch.
Had two carne asada tacos. Came with the standard issue onions and cilantro. The meat didn’t have a grilled flavor you’re use to getting with good carne asada. The salsa bar had the standard mild, hot, and burn as it comes out versions. Nothing special here. Also ordered the shrimp cocktail tostada. It was mixed with tomato juice/​sauce, bits of onion, celery, and cilantro. Very mild flavor here. Again, it’s not good enough to slap yo mama, but it’s edible.
Small parking lot but, plenty of street parking available. The best thing I had there was available for free in the salsa bar. They were roasted jalapeños; give them a try. You won’t even have to order anything… :)
