I don’t understand why Taco Tia cannot be in Riverside again. Why? I had Taco Tia growing up and love the Taco Burgers, beans, their sauce, tacos and more. PLEASE bring Taco Tia closer so we can all love it!!!

Best burger joint in town. My favorite place growing up has a kid on 6th Street up the street just a couple a blocks from it. Don’t live there anymore. Sad. But redlands always home. Highly recommended this place for a good cheeseburgers and churrios great desert. Sodas root beer excellent drink. Coke will keep you awake. Good for night people. Or caffeine junkies. Like me.

This was my first time here a drink ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito. Burrito was pretty good. The rice was good and I usually don’t rice from many Mexican restaurants. They charge for the cups of salsa and wasn’t aware of that when I asked for some chili. The bad part is that it isn’t in the best neighborhood. Was eating lunch with my mom and daughters and a guy came in listening to loud music on his phone with a lot of profanity and obscene lyrics. But since I didn’t feel safe couldn’t really do anything about it.

I ordered a carne asada fries with no guacamole, tomatoes, and sour cream. I opened the box with a disappointment in my eyes as I see a box filled with extra sour cream with tomatoes on top. When I came back to complained, the girl that was on the drive thru window sigh loudly and complained to her co worker and yanked away the food from my hand. Disappointments after disappointments.

Being a fast food junkie with a belly to prove it I had to visit this piece of history. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food keep driving but if you want to taste what a Taco Bell taco should taste like, before they started using fake meat, cheese, sour cream etc., then I think you will enjoy this place. The food was served lightning fast and the place was crowded. Ordered what I always order at Taco Bell, two ground beef tacos. It had generous amounts of well seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar, lettuce and a tomato slice in a warmed fried corn tortilla. Delicious!!! The showstopper is the house made hot sauce. I seriously considered stealing the bottle.

Long time since I’ve been here, kinda disappointed. The taste was way different then what I remember. I’ll pass on this place the next time I’m in the area :(

This place use to be awesome growing up. Now that I am all growed up it seems to have gone downhill. For some odd reason when I order a Bean & Cheese Burrito WITHSOURCREAM there is never no sour cream in the burrito??? The large fries are similar to a McDonalds Happy Meal. They really need to shape up here. I like their food but choose not to go here because I like Sour Cream.

I have been eating here for years and find that you really get a lot more value for your money than most other fast food Mexican restaurants such as Taco Bell or Del Taco. The normal burritos are much larger than you normally would get someplace else. Their green sauce is great. And it’s not just their Mexican food. Their hamburgers and french fries are also very good. Try it and I think you’ll like it.

This place is crap. The building is run down and it’s in a terrible part of town. Make sure you lock your car doors. I got the taquitos and the shells were literally orange… I’m not too sure why taquitos made from a corn tortilla would be orange, so who knows. It was tasteless. The guacamole was disappointing, especially for Redlands. This city is known for it’s taquerias and Mexican restaurants. Taco Tia is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and go down to street to El Burrito or Cuca’s. It’s all close. Save yourself the trouble.

I’ve been going to Taco Tia since I was a child. They get one star because they have the best taco sauce in the world, but their service is horrible. I decided one night to go thru the drive thru, which I know is historically super slow, it took me 20 minutes just to get to the order box. Then I ended up sitting at the box for at least 15 minutes, until I got tired of waiting and just drove up to the window. As soon as I drove away from the box they took the order of the car behind me. At the window the girl closed the window and just stood there counting money. About eight minutes later she finally opened the window and I asked to speak with the manager. A lady claiming to be the manager came to the window and I explained what had happened. She of course apologised but by then I had been there well over 40 minutes so I drove away and will never return. Next time I need a Taco Tia sauce fix, I’ll just spend triple the time and drive to Del Rosa. The food at that location is better anyways.

I have been coming to this place since I was a little kid. The food is pretty good but the sauce is amazing! The service is always fast and friendly when I come in. The place is always clean and the price is affordable is worth a try

The carne Asada fries were shocking … This is suppose to be authentic Mexican food but they use nacho cheese sauce out of a can??? What? Meat did not taste good at all

I have ate at taco Tia since birth. Even before that if you include my mom eating it while prego. But the HOTSAUCEOMGTHEBEST. You can put it on anything and make it amazing. I’m not even sure if they’re serving me a fried boot. But cover it with the hot sauce and boń apatite. So besides that the fries are great I usually ask for crispy. Oh yeah I drive 40 mins now to goto this location from riverside. I had one down the street from my house so defiantly miss this place being a minute away.

I came here with the coworkers based on a recommendation of another coworker. This is your average fast food restaurant. I got the all meat carne asada burrito. It was decent but a bit on the small side. I could’ve eaten 2 of them if I was really hungry. The place is small and filled up during lunch time

As you may know, Taco Tia is what Glen Bell did before Taco Bell. Basically this what would happen if Taco Bell food was made out of what they claimed it was(real meat, decent cheese, etc). If you’re in a mood for Americanized Mexican, why not? The taco sauce is pretty good. (I have no idea what the people who call this authentic are thinking. This is the Mexican food of America in the 60s. And there is nothing wrong with that.)

Excellent Taco Burgers! Eating a Taco Burger brings back memories from years past when there were many more Taco Tia restaurants. I think they are down to only two locations but two is better than none. After eating there today, the hot sauce was outstanding and the prices are pretty good too. We usually eat here a couple times a month.

I could just swallow the hot sauce by itself! I mainly come here for that reason. I have been addicted to the hot sauce since I was a child. There are a few things that bother me though. 1) They shove all of your food into 1 bag that tends to tear because of all the squished food weight within it. They base the amount of bags they use on your food by how much you spend. 2) They limit the amount of hot sauce you get to go. 3) It can get pricey very quickly. Other than those 3 things… I am a fan of their green burritos, fries, and loads of hot sauce :)
