Wendy’s

I ordered a large meal and got small fries instead of a large. Paid all that extra for a small fry. I would’ve went back but because I have a short lunch I have to settle for these little ass fries.

Very disappointing visit to Wendy’s today. My daughter ordered an apple pecan chicken salad. I specifically asked for NO Bleu cheese. We arrived at her practice early so she could eat, but had to throw away the salad because there was Bleu cheese on it. A lot of Bleu cheese. The guy did not give a receipt either.
I don’t usually eat at fast food restaurants because the quality of the food and service is poor. This experience confirms my belief.
Definitely won’t be back.

Can’t get an order right. Asked for extra onions and ketchup on burger and they put one ring of onion and sparse ketchup. They need to hire some help that can get an order right.

Food and service was good. The wait at the drive through and missing utensils was the only thing that kept it from 5 stars.

Drive thru service was quick, but once I sat down to eat my meal the fries were too salty (could not eat them, that’s how much salt they used) and their fruit chiller drink was too sweet… way too much syrup or sugar. also couldn’t drink it. Overall my meal was a waste of money.

I always have a good experience getting food to go from this Wendy’s location. The burgers are so good with thick juicy beef patties and my kids love the chicken nuggets. You can’t go wrong with the value menu either, as the double stack burger and crispy chicken sandwich are truly awesome!

Right in the middle kinda place some things good some things bad, hit and miss, sometimes the place is great clean with happy faces other times everything good with no happy faces, point is its just one of those mixed reviews kinda place, I hope to see better employees in future because in the past there was some good ones this crew no so sure, food good and orders have been done right for me as long as I walk in.

This place is a hit or miss, 80% of the time they get the order wrong the general manager is horrible. I liked the other manger who used to work there. It seems like this wendys is just sliding down a slippery slope. Another one of my rants is they rush rush you off lol one time i almost took off without my debit card tsk tsk. The girl came back to the window asked if there was anything else I needed I said «no, no thank you, then I quickly realized one of the other employee had my card still!!!

I’m giving this Wendy’s 5 stars because of it’s AMAZING staff. They are incredibly friendly, they are always smiling look happy to be there which is pretty rare for a fast food place. The food is also very good here. The food isn’t all messy and falling apart, it looks like they actually take the time to put everything together nicely, it doesn’t look rushed. Great food, clean place, friendly staff. The drive thru always moved quickly and the staff is equally as friendly there. Perfect place to stop at on my way to work or when I’m hungry at night. The Tuscan chicken on ciabatta was delicious! It was only there for a limited time but I loved it so much that I ate it like 10 times before it was discontinued, now I just stick with the baconator :) man I love this Wendy’s!

Spent most of the day shopping for our last minute Christmas gifts when we decided to go out for a quick bite to eat. Wendy’s has become one of our favorite places to eat when we’re in a hurry or just want a good burger. The establishment is located across the street from Applebee’s. This place was really clean to include the restrooms, which are usually a common issue with restaurants. The staff was very busy in the background making the food and only one of them was at the front. Brittany was very nice and seemed like she enjoyed being at work, which is also rare during such late hours. She was very patient as we ordered our meals and also gave off a welcoming feel. Which says a lot about these kinds of establishments. Overall the service and food
were great with the exception of one thing. The fries were both over and undercooked. Never thought that could be possible, but now I know. This is the reason why I had to remove one star. I’m guessing the person in charge of the fries probably forgot about the fries! lol. But this is something I can overlook being that it’s my first time here, so hopefully it was just today. Good food and good customer service. I highly recommend.

My friends and I have been here 3 times within the last 2 months and that’s it, no more.
First of all I give businesses at least 2 tries before I post something.

Second, they are always short staffed and the staff they do have is not even trained to be multi tasked. The food was mediocre for example we ordered the lettuce wraps there they have grilled or fried… I had a fried one a my friend had a grilled one.
Big no no, they were both super dry and tasted like cardboard. Mine the fried chicken was so old I couldn’t even bite into it so I took it back to get a fresh one and it literally took them 10min to give me a new one. It wasn’t because they were freshly frying it, it was cause they only had 1 sandwich maker! Wow.
So my friend ordered a grilled one and it was way too dry and chewy she didnt even finish it and had to get extra sauce to make it someone edible. We wont be back at Wendy’s any time soon.
The only good thing about this place is their chili.
That’s why I gave them a star.

Mmmmm chocolate frosty! I will always love chocolate frosties!
Wendy’s has good French fries, but since they decided to not continue selling fish sandwiches, I can’t eat there anymore. Booooo!

My latest outing to this Wendy’s was mixed but generally enjoyable. The slow-​simmered Chili was really nice and hot as it normally is, with tasty meat, kidney beans, green peppers, and white onions in a savory sauce. But, according to a cashier, no extra diced onions were available because they hadn’t been cut that day – which made me wonder why they couldn’t be cut right as I stood at the counter. Originally, I was presented with a small Chili when I had ordered a large one. But, when I pointed out the error, a large Chili was quickly substituted, even though it was determined that I was charged only for a small. My offer to pay more for the large was turned down.
French Fries were very tasty – crisp on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. Diane liked her Mozzarella Chicken Supreme Sandwich, except it contained unmelted cheese. My Single Cheeseburger was well done, but a fresh patty, red onions, good tomato, lettuce, and a really good slice of partly melted American Cheese made up for this. As always, a small Chocolate Frosty was sweet, cold, and creamy. But I noted that the small Frosty was smaller than in the past when cardboard cups were filled with soft-​serve ice cream instead of the plastic cups currently in use. So, next time I will order a medium.
Service was friendly, but the men’s bathroom and dining room carpet were a little messy.
3−½ stars overall!

There isn’t really too much you can write about a Wendy’s but this location deserves a great review. These guys are top notch. I eat here about once per week and have for about 3 years. I have never had my order wrong once. I usually grab food for the office and have 3 – 5 orders. Not one time have I ever had less than perfect service. They are friendly, the food is fresh and what always shocks me is how fast they are. I can be 8 cars back and it’s never more than 10 minutes or so. I pull up to the window and as I’m paying, they are handing me my food. 5 stars all the way.
