Terrible service from the server/worker behind the counter. He seemed to be in a bad mood or he didn’t care if we were spending our money in this restaurant. We also noticed that the owner or manager was visiting her restaurant… we were surprised that she didn’t maintain her food well; in short the food was partially uncooked and many trays of food were dry(stale quality;impatient chef/preparer maybe), it has been a considerable amount of time since we purchased food there, but our return we noticed the quality of service and taste has weakened. It’s sad to see this since there are so many other good restaurants around there(citrus plaza). I will not recommend this to my employees nor will send my clients, friends & family. Additionally, I am not 100% sure, but the owner/manager was sitting at one of the customer tables and amazingly not eating her own food!

It was my first time here and I really liked it! I got orange chicken and broccoli, and I gotta say I was pretty surprised! Their orange chicken wasn’t overly sweet. It was really good! I also tried their egg flour soup and it was pretty good too! I’ll definitely be coming back.

The man that works here has an horrible attitude for no reason. I ask him one time why are you here if you so mad? If you don’t like what you do the job, then don’t be there shit! Save the people and the business from your drama!

I don’t eat meat so I come here and order«cook to order» items with tofu. There’s like 20 flavors and most of them are super good, albeit not very healthy. All the ladies who work here are super nice. There’s a guy who I think is the owner who’s a total jerk but whatever. I came in tonight and there was an all new crew, ordered my usual and the lady had no idea if they could even make what I ordered. She explains to me that she will try to explain to the chef who doesn’t speak English what to make. She’s so accommodating! Everything looks fine and was done very fast. Price is right. It’s exactly what you expect. Unhealthy Chinese food that tastes pretty good and makes you pity yourself after.

I eat here often. Some things are really good! Some are just OK. Very reasonably priced. Stingy scoop(panda) is right across the street. I never go there.

Go here to get my Wonton Soup! Don’t go anywhere else… they even know it’s me when I call. :) Soup is big, filled with veggies and wontons, and yummy!

First off it took a while to get more orange chicken made which was worth it because my honey’s serving which was fresh tasted so much better than my day old one. Second, the horribly tasting fried rice than tasted like it had been wet and moldy. We don’t come here often, but wasnt expecting it to be as bad as it was. I do recommend thier Japanese chicken and the peppered beef. The people who work there are really nice and friendly.

The food is pretty good for the price. The employees attitude like the restrooms can use some help, restrooms are pretty clean but need some hard water damage on sink and toilet, also the tagging could be painted over.

The guy behind the counter was a dick. I ordered a small orange chicken for my son and a regular drink. The guy demanded I buy two drinks since there were two of us even though I wasn’t eating. I hope he chokes on a wonton.

The place is pretty good, not as good as Pick-up Stix or some of the other more expensive places. But it’s definitely better than Panda and a lot of other Chinese food chains. The servers are all very nice, and they are not at all greedy when it comes to packing the plate. For the most part I stick to the chow mein, fried rice, BBQ chicken, teriyaki chicken, or sesame chicken. But I have also tried other items and haven’t found one that I didn’t liked yet.

I think the food here is awesome! Little to no MSG. I don’t know this for sure but I am allergic to MSG and this is one of the few places I can eat without having an allergic reaction!!! Everything I have ever gotten here has been great! It is a take out atmosphere very casual. We live in Yucaipa… when we want Chinese for dinner I have Hubby stop there on his way home from work!

Food was good & tasted fresh my husband was ordering chicken teriyaki & were all out and all of a sudden a lady in the back brings a fresh cooked batch like perfect timing !! We also ordered egg rolls & they were hot & tasted good, customer service was great overall & portions are big enough to eat some & save some for later:)…

Tried to give this place a second chance. Owner was rude to his co-worker, my daughter, and myself. Food was bland and nasty. Definitely never again!!!

An experience alright, but not one I wish to repeat. My wife and I went on a Sunday at noon. We ordered Beef with Broccoli and Orange chicken one entrée plates. The Beef and Broccoli was almost all broccoli and was not very hot. The Orange Chicken appeared to have sat for a long time as it was very tough and not very hot. Based on the food, I doubt we would have returned. Later that night I became incredibly ill. The symptoms would point to food poisoning and has sealed the deal that we will not return. Over the years we have eaten at the Wok Experience a lot and have noticed a steady decline in both food and service over the past year. There are many better(and safer) choices in the area.

This place is gross. I dated a girl who worked there and she told me about how they will serve rotten chicken, and how they make the orange chicken in the sink. If the disgusting looking food underneath the heat lamps, or my advise doesn’t have any bearing on your decision, you’ll wish you had steered clear when you’re on the toilet defecating your internal organs out. Her boss actually told her to cook and serve chicken that smelled and was green!!! She said a fireman came back and complained so then he took it off the line. WTF!

I love this place. The food is always fresh, and there’s something about their noodles and fried rice that beats out other Chinese food places. I recommend you get their cashew chicken off the menu and the special fried rice: they are freshly made, flavorful and have huge chunks of meat and veggies. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is the location… it’s a little far and the area isn’t the *best*…give them a try.
