Always slow, never ever on time. I always sit in the waiting room for ½ an hour. Showing up early doesn’t help.
Got here 15 min before appt, 10 min after my appointment time they call me up for paper work. Actual appointment was another 25 min after that!!!
When I asked them how far they are backed up, they said they were NOT backed up. So this means this is their schedule they expect you will show up early but your real appt is 45 minutes later. They take people out of order, which based on treatment is probably acceptable.
As long as you know they will not take you on time and you can spare 50 min waiting, the actual service has always been fine.
