Extremely rude staff, and very inflexible towards the customer. I tried to pay with my phone as I have done many times before at other locations(Samsung Pay has a magnetic strip in the phone that allows you to skip the swiping of a regular card) and when I tapped my phone to pay and it went through, the clerk told me «no phone only card. You have to use card, swipe only» with the much disgust as if I was trying to scam him. I explained to him that it was like any other transaction and if we could try again and he just continued to glare at me. I left my item on the counter and exited.

7 – 11 should shut down this location due it’s rude, and unfriendly staff. If you want to be treated unfairly by a convenient store clearly this is the place for you.

Speaking only to your coworker in a language I can’t understand during our entire transaction is not good. Good customer service is always appreciated.

Quite the inattentive staff. The past three times I had to stop in, I was forced to wait by the counter while the guy(s) jabbered on to their friends either at the other end of the counter or at the back of the store. If you’re in a hurry, don’t stop. It will be a waste of your time.

I love convenience stores, and this place is convenient in every sense of the word. It is located very close to Redmond Town Center, it’s next to one of the best restaurants in town, and there’s even a bus stop right by it for Route 545 that goes directly to Downtown Seattle. What’s not to love? They’re relevant year-round because they have stuff to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Of course, they also stock up on a bunch of stuff that I’ll never need like movies, but a lot of what they do have is pretty useful. Some of my favorite things to grab here are quick and cheap donuts and beer. The donuts are especially great because they’re two for a dollar(only for the normal glazed ones, though). They even have some fruit there, so it’s like a mini-grocery store. Of course, the variety isn’t as expansive as what you would find at QFC, but they do really well in such a tiny space. A lot of it is junk food that I’ll never touch, but they make up for it with their batteries and school supplies. It’s 24-hour, so I’ll never run out! The service is super friendly, too. One of the guys that works there is from Guinea and speaks to me in French(but speaks English as well). It’s so great that this kind of influence can spread to this suburb. Really the only complaint I have with this place is that they could be a lot bigger, but they’re not. There’s a ton of empty space surrounding this store for some reason. And I guess they have a lot of stuff I’ll never buy, but I don’t think there’s such a thing as a store that carries only things I need.
