9200 Redmond Place

We live here. The place is great few steps from everything. Management team is awesome. They take care of everybody and treat every person with attention and care. Also, there are lots of nice gestures throughout the year. For example; we always get hot chocolate boxes for every apartment around holiday times. Post cards on your birthday, monthly drawings for restaurant gift cards, and many other things.
The maintenance team is very professional and friendly. They’re the kind of people who smile at you every morning when you’re on your way to work. They respond to maintenance request quickly and address problems immediately.
We’re moving out soon after buying a house, and so far our move out has been delayed by closing date push out. They’ve been very accommodating and not pushy for us to move by a certain date or pay till a certain period. We probably would’ve stayed here longer if we’re still renting.

I love it here. I was somewhat skeptical about moving here because, if you do some research online, there are mixed reviews. But I was driven out of our previous place by escalating costs.
Boy, am I glad I made the switch. We’ve been living here since February, 2011 — so a little more than a year now, so I think it’s been long enough that I can give the place an authentic review. Having said that, I think it’s hard to accurately assess a rental home until after you move out because some places really show their true colors upon move-​out. When (and if) we ever decide to vacate, I’ll come back and edit accordingly. Until then…
Starting with the management, we’ve always been treated with warmth and professionalism by the front office staff and the maintenance workers. They remember our names and are extremely responsive to our requests. I’ve made all kinds of requests for assistance — some of them very nitpicky and they’ve always gottten right on them. They do contests for holiday lights and decorations in the winter and plants in the summer; I know it’s a way to keep the grounds looking beautiful, but it’s a really good idea. It makes me happy when I drive in and see it looking so nice.
These units are a little bit older, but they are very well built. We love the floor plan; it really works for us.
Within walking distance of the Bella Botega shopping center, but man, that walk back home is a bit of a challenge!
