I’ve been a customer of this store for over 10 years. I’ve had frames made and purchased many products.
I brought in a framed photo that had slipped in the frame to have it repaired. This frame and mounting was done by this store 5 years ago. When I presented the issue to the store, they claim it was not framed there and that they would charge for the repair…
Store person said the proof was the mat and that it was not theirs. Thing is, it is stamped inside with their brand label.

I wanted to get a custom framed look without the price, and the best way to do that is get standard frames and fit them with custom mats for the artwork. I had two pieces: a small vintage map and a larger vintage movie poster.
There’s a good selection of ready frames in assorted styles and sizes, so I was able to get just the right frames for each. The prices are very good for the quality. I had to wait a bit for help on the matting as there were a lot of people there that day, and not a ton of staff — I did not have that issue on my other two visits, though.
I found the mats I wanted very quickly and the clerk made good suggestions, but did not try to upsell me, which I appreciated. I took advantage of having them mount one of the pieces, which was badly curled, rather than try to do it myself; they did a nice job. The clerk also found me a coupon and was able to save me a little bit of extra, which was a nice bonus.
The work was completed quickly and I was very pleased with the end result.

I agree with other reviews — a bit pricey but great work and quality. I use them pretty much every time I have a framing need for the office. If you sign up for their infrequent emails, you can catch some great deals.
For reference, I’ve had multi-​magazine pages in one full frame created, jackets and suits framed, custom mattes, posters framed for low cost, etc.

After spending quite a lot of money to have some photos framed, as well as my old dog’s collar, I was told that it would be ready on the 9^th for pick up. I had to call today (around 3 p.m.), only to find that they were «working on it.» I asked how late they’re open, and she responded, «until 9.»
This is horrible service – especially for the price paid!
This is a very sentimental piece that I’m giving to someone as a gift.
Disappointing to say the least. I won’t be back.

This is a fine store for art supplies, architectural supplies and framing. The prices might be a tad high, but the selection is good, and I’ve often found items here that were not available elsewhere. Years ago I had some of my late sister’s artwork framed here. The pieces were precious to me, and this store did a wonderful job. More recently, when shopping for school supplies for my kids, I found a high-​end compass here on clearance, at 75% the regular price, and I noticed they have a good clearance section. I also noted that they have at the cash a good selection of small gift items (picture frames, pads, desktop items), in a wide range of prices, and they had a lot of gorgeous Papyrus greeting cards, too!

I had a poster matted and framed. It was a bit pricey, but the quality of work was better than I expected. The selection of mats could have been better.
