Baskin-Robbins

The ice cream is good as always. I came here because the one in Sammamish is closed.
Why one star? We just came here today around 150 pm. No one was there and it took a while for the Hispanic girl/​woman to come out. She had an attitude like we interrupted her from listening/​watching tv. I could hear the radio/​tv at the back. Anyway there was no hello, smile, nothing like when I have come before. OMG, ridiculous. I have experienced better service.

This is probably the cleanest baskin Robbins I’ve been in since I was a kid. Many more than 31 flavors. Ice cream was okay — typical baskin Robbins. But the cleanliness was a pleasant surprise.

Baskin Robbins has been around forever, and they are practically THE quintessential American ice cream store. Sure, times have changed and all the stores are now franchised and most are in non-​descript strip malls. Long gone are the days of the soda counters and soda jerks and all that. But you can still count on one thing: you’ll get excellent ice cream at Baskin Robbins, and your choice of tons of flavors (31, to be exact! lol).
This store is no exception. Lots of flavors of ice cream, all excellent. And you can get a sample of any flavor you want. And the store is pristine clean. The gal who helped us out tonight is darling (so young and so pleasant!). They sell excellent ice cream cakes as well, and really good (i.e., decadent) frozen coffee beverages. My family really loves this BR site; we’ve always had great service here and gotten great ice cream treats!

im on my ten minutes break i went to this baskin robbin because is to close to my work. when k get there i waiting on tve counter the lady there was in the phone and i have 5 minutes on my break! there 5and customer waiting on the counter the ladys said could you guys wait!! the fuck!!!

They have the best ice cream cakes. Yes, they might be a little more expensive but their ice cream is second to none.

Even though I think the one in Kirkland on 85^th is overall better, I like this Baskin-​Robbins store for its location and classiness. This one kind of feels more upscale and modern to me. I came here on a very hot summer day and in dire need of a cool treat to save me from the heat. Seriously, ice cream always hits the spot when it’s 80+ degrees outside.
I always get the milkshakes; I like them more than ice cream cones because they’re basically ice cream mixed with milk and are thus drinkable. For my flavor, I ordered the Oregon Blackberry and it was pretty good! The consistency of the shake was also pretty good as it was blended perfectly. Prices at these stores may have risen over the last few years, but come here when it’s hot and you probably won’t care about that.

Baskin Robbins is the home of classic American ice cream, and it’s sad the way so many of the locations seem to be run-​down. Not so here: the store is new and bright, with cheerful colors and neon. It’s pleasant to sit in and have an ice cream on a summer night.
We stopped by after dinner, around 9, and I was surprised by the amount of foot traffic this store gets — there were lots of people bopping in and out for ice cream, late on a Friday, in spite of the strip mall location. The staff are friendly and kept things moving. Our group had an assortment of flavors (I stuck with my traditional mint chocolate chip), and everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

An oriental family runs this. Great ice cream. They close at 10, but will happily entertain you even till about 10:30 while they clean up. I really appreciate that. Chocolate mousse flavor is my favorite.

Tried to buy a Baskin Robbins gift card there today and lady said «let me see if we have any». She pulled out a ratty old envelope and said «no, we are out.» No indication of when they would have more or apology for not having them. How utterly unprofessional. What store doesn’t carry their own gift cards?

Good product, average but non-​threatening service. Their deal on 3 scoops in a cone is pretty sweet, but you end up with half the cone on the table.
The previous reviewer is pretty exaggerated. It’s a fine place, very 90s, and falling further into extinction, so get your full while it lasts.
