Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

Hmm… I have visited this shop numerous times and like the employees and their attitudes. Bottled water is only $ 1.25, but the cups are free for the water on the counter. A good experience.

Unbelievably poor service by teenagers with bad attitudes.
I went in on a hot afternoon with three children, and purchased yogurt for all four of us. The yogurt was fine, but it made us thirsty. I looked for a water fountain but found none. When asked, the teenager behind the counter said they sold bottled water for $ 2.25. I thought that was fine if we wanted the water to go, or if we hadn’t bought food and were asking for water. But I’ve eaten in restaurants in 42 states and 14 countries, and have never been denied a drink of water after purchasing food for four. And then to be greeted with such smugness by an idiot teenage girl on top of it… I don’t blame you, Nicole. I blame whoever trained you.

They have Dole Whip just like outside the Tiki Room in Disneyland!!! No joke and then mixed w their new carrot sorbe pretty delicious! Stop by and get your Dole Whip fix! It’s amazing!!!

In California I had seen Menchie’s popping up everywhere but had never had the chance to give it a try. As I had just been for a massage in the same strip mall I decided to give it a go.
The staff member was helpful and friendly I didn’t unfortunately catch his name. However, he did give me a sticker to give to my daughter and also signed me up for the points system they do.
There was a great choice of frozen yogurt and it was self serve. Additionally they have a third pump between the two different yogurt flavors on each machine which allows you to mix the flavors together. I opted for cake batter ice cream and the chocolate mixed with vanilla.
An assortment of toppings were available, I chose the candy ones opposed to fruits and then put the liquid marshmallow on top.
The price seemed less than that of other frozen yogurt chains which is a plus.
Although there were many tables available and the place was clean I opted to take away. Next time I might take my daughter (if she will sit down long enough!) and eat in!

I’m a fan! I always used to complain that we didn’t have good fro-​yo in WA. Everytime I went down to LA, which was monthly, I’d stop by one of the joints down there that do self-​serve with numerous yogurt flavor options as well as topping selection, such as Yogurtland. A couple years later, Menchie’s arrived and offered exactly what I wanted. It’s the same formula as Yogurtland (I don’t know which one actually existed first, just which one I tried first) and it is the way it should be.

I enjoy my experiences in Menchie’s. The staff are pleasant, in the amount of time you need to interact with them. I like the selection of frozen yogurt, and the amount of toppings provided is super. Very clean place, I like how they keep everything stored. Overall, for a place I spend about 5 minutes in each time, it’s a nice experience, that keeps me coming back.

Who doesn’t love Frozen Yogurt on a super hot day in the Puget Sound area?
This place is kind of walking distance from my office. I found it by accident because I was exploring the neighborhood on the other side of 520. After kind of long walk without any shades and I felt I was having a heat stroke, I found Menchie’s on my way back to the office. No kidding… it felt like I found water in a desert.
It’s a new store. This store may be a bit smaller than the one I used to go, but it has the same quality. Friendly staff, good topping bar, and good options of frozen yogurt. Most importantly, I was able to use my rewards.
I tried a couple different flavors. They were all good. However, no matter what I tried. I still stick with what I like. Plain yogurt with strawberry topping. It was so good just right before I felt like I was going to pass out! It was definitely the best time of my day!

I can’t think of a better place for a treat. Menchie’s has friendly employees who greet you, a large variety of frozen yogurt flavors and even more toppings. So many, that you’ll want to come back again and again to try them all. It really is delicious! And how could you beat $ 5 Fridays, where you can fill your bowl with as much goodness as you like?!
If you havn’t had Menchie’s yet, stop in and give it a try. Skip the dessert at the restaurant and stop here on your way home, take the kids after the little league game, or come in with your date after the movie. No matter who you’re with, it’s always a good time for froyo and Menchie’s is the best around!!!

The people working are very friendly… greeted us upon entering, asked if we’ve been here before… slightly different with their process — -sample, then fill your own bowl with flavor of choice, then add toppings, then weigh and pay… employees greeted every customer while we dined in…

Such great service and wonderful frozen yogurt!
