Dr. Russell Polk is amazing. I simply hadn’t had the time to go to my regular chiropractor, who is closed by the time I’m done at work.
Saturday afternoon and I’m in a bad way. Seen immediately and I was a brand new woman in a few minutes. The cracking sounds as he worked on me sounded like thunder but what joy when it’s over.
Receptionist had taken a break and after 15 minutes wait, she was still no where to be seen. Poor Dr. Polk had to go through the check out process which he did so with a smile.
By the way, the waiting area is comfortable too. Fresh fruit, water, teas. No TV — it’s not a sports bar.

I went there for a month for lower back pain, it helped a little bit, the first time felt pretty good, but the subsequent times didn’t seem worth it and the final time I actually think left me worse off. For example, my hips have popping more, and my back, and the pain hasn’t gone away yet.
Honestly this was my first experience with a chiropractor, and I’m just not impressed, especially since one of the guys there says he has 30 years of experience. They don’t even take x rays either to get a sense of what they should be doing. If you’re reading this, goto your doctor instead and have them write a prescription for you for physical therapy, or take up yoga, cause chiropractors are bunk, not based off real science at all.

Love The Joint franchise– Multiple locations in the Seattle are. They have a membership opportunity 1 price/​month with unlimited visits. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Recently visited the Redmond office, after finding out the Bellevue office closed. I have also visited the Renton facility and had a equally great experience.

If you’re searching for a good chiropractor in the area, this has to be your first and only stop. Make sure to ask for Konrad — my son had the opportunity to have a consultation with him and he was beyond excellent. He was patient and listened to my son’s needs. He was very professional and extremely caring. He’s been playing basketball for a while now and been having some back pain and after he left the appointment, his pain was completely gone. I highly recommend Dr. Konrad and I’ll make sure to be returning with my son very soon.

The receptionist Ariana was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. This was the quickest process I have done. Dr. Vo was very attentive at fixing my neck and back and now walking is less painful. Kudos to The Joint!

I was a walk in and they were able to see me right away which is always nice when you have neck pain. The facility looks brand new and clean, the adjustment fixed the problem that I had, and the cost was very reasonable.

I finally visited The Joint after relentless calls by my sister in California to try the idea of weekly adjustments to aid in my overall health. I am hooked! Dr. Panatonni is great, I feel great and now am totally convinced that along with Diet, Exercise, and Yoga Chiropractic is essential to good living and longevity. And of the four. the weekly Chiropractic I get from The Joint is without question the easiest and most enjoyable!

After relocating to the eastside I’ve been on the hunt for a good chiropractor. I’m glad I came to the Joint. The staff was very friendly and the doctor is very kind, caring, and makes you feel relaxed. The set up of the office is a little unique but the prices are very affordable and the service is great.
The following day after my visit the the doctor called to check up and see how I felt after my visit. I thought that was very nice and shows he genuinely cares for his clients. I will definitely be back.

Jennifer always greets me with a smile when I enter the beautiful new office and the hours are convenient for just about any work schedule.
I’m always in the best of hands with a great adjustment by Dr. Panattoni AND one that I can afford. I signed up for the premium wellness plan where I can have 4 adjustments a month for about half the cost of 1 adjustment at other chiropractic providers. If I need additional care, they’re also low cost (less than the price of my co-​pay). I’m thrilled to utilize chiropractic as a component of my preventative wellness plan.
