This shop destroyed my car. Paid to have $ 2−3k in repairs done. Picked up my car and it sounded terrible, like an old rattly tractor. After a visual inspection, I saw that they’d competely smashed in my oil pan. Called the shop, and was told, «Well, we had to support the engine somehow.» Huh??? No effort was made to correct the problem. I ended up having to trade my car in for a new one, rather than pay for more costly repairs. There was no telling how much damage they’d really done. Driving the car in the condition they returned it to me was unbearable. Granted, this was quite awhile back, but it’s an experience I haven’t forgotten.

DO NOT patronize this shop. They will rip you off! I had to bring my old truck in there as it did not pass it’s emissions. They did NOTHING to help, drained and destroyed the battery, then charged me for a new BAD battery. My car broke down at the same time the truck was in. They fixed PART of the problem, charged me an enormous amount and MISSED another thing. Cause the car to break down AGAIN. They are terrible.

I had really great experience with Cascade Auto Clinic. The battery in my car was dieing and I stopped in on a Saturday to see if they could help. Even though they are normally closed on Saturday, I caught one of the mechanics working in the shop and he offered to help me out. In no time, I had a new battery in my car and was on my way. I really appreciate them going the extra mile and the great service!

Bought an Audi from these guys back in 2006. Car looked nice. Drove nice. But OMG, drove it for a few months and took it in to a mechanic and it had MAJOR problems. The kind that if I had had an independent auto mechanic check it in the first place (like Cascade claims their own auto mechanics do before they sell), I would have saved myself thousands of dollars. My bad for not getting the car checked out in the first place, but these guys are bad. Stay away.
