These guys were supposed to pick up my husband for a very early flight (5am) because we have 2 small children and taking him to the airport at that time is unrealistic. At 5:10 he decided he would drive as he called and no one answered the phone. Then I had to sit up and wait to see if they were going to show so I could cut them off before they rang the bell and woke my whole house up with barking dogs. I ALWAYS use Redmond Airport shuttle and told my husband to do the same but they were booked up. Also, they took his credit card in advanced which makes me nervous.
