This place is absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for an up-scale bar to go hang out with your yuppy friends, and want truffle-garlic-aoli with your potatoes, go away. If you are looking for that«dive-bar»(without being gross) atmosphere with loud music, bar-food, poor tables, and TVs? Then this is the place for you. Oh, and they also have karaōke, who doesn’t love getting wasted and doing karaōke? Typical bar food, great staff, SUPER attentive. Happy hour has some pretty good deals too!

Probably the only bar in the area, and, so, I really don’t have much choice unless I want to drive to Seattle or downtown Bellevue. I have been here usually during weekdays late at night, sometimes with lady friends. The ladies have never complained. The staff has always been courteous, and very receptive to my special ‘tails. The cocktails are fine, and the selection of drinks is about acceptable. The food is good enough for a neighborhood bar. The décor can DEFINITELY use an upgrade, but the ambiance is ok. Never been here during games, and can’t comment on that aspect of the bar, but it has a TV, a pool table and booths. It’s alright, I suppose. Go elsewhere if you can.

Great hole in the wall bar. Good drinks a wide variety on the menu. But after 9:00 nothing fried can be cooked. But otherwise everything on the menu is available. Nice TV screens, Pool Tables not to packed, Outdoor seating available.

Hey folks… first review in years! I’m baaaaack! And I have a lot of catching up to do. Daman’s Bar & Grill: It’s funny the only reason I stopped here was because of other reviews on here for«the best wings» and«friendly service», and to watch the NCAA championship game. When I went it was fairly empty. Not bothered by that. I looked over the menu and of course I ordered the wings. I was hoping to get spicy/sweet sauce or the waitress suggested doing half/half. Oh just mix the dam sauces… I don’t know my request seemed to overly complicate things, but I believe they did it. I was kind of disappointed by the price of the wings, 12 bucks for I believe 10 wings no fries or anything came with them? It would’ve been nice if they offered a small plate of 5 – 6 wings and fries for the same price or 10 bucks. But I couldn’t justify paying over $ 20 total for an order of wings and an order of fries had I got them. Plus the waitress mentioned you get a lot of fries and that would’ve been even worse. Pay an extra 7 bucks for fries I can’t finish… anywhoo I digress. Point blank, I didn’t like the wings. They were overcooked and the sauce wasn’t all that great.(even if I hadn’t requested a mix) I ate them tho. The celery was great, very refreshing with the ranch dressing. I couldn’t get a refill on my water to save my life. And it seems the only patrons here are locals who live/work in the area… who regularly come about everyday and feel special when walking through the door because the bartender/waitresses know their names. Lovely for you. But let me tell you aside from the food… this drunk guy came and sat down at my table and chit chatted for a min too long. I obliged and was nice… even tho he was irritating and borderline offensive. But hey I’ve been drunk before(I don’t bother strangers tho) so I won’t hold it against him… I think it was his bday. I told him this will be my first and only time coming here. He asked me why… I believe I said why come back? The food wasn’t good and the service just sub-par, nothing special. And there you have it… don’t believe the hype.

I saved this place for Karaōke, and while it does that twice a week and even has trivia — I hit the one night there was nothing going on(Sat?!?). Waitress was good, atmosphere to be expected. Bacon cheesy fries were terrific — I will definitely be coming back just for those. I’ll have to try again on a different night.

Solid dive bar. It’s my go to place for good service and surprisingly good bar food. The owner, Greg, really cares about food and his customers.

I travel regularly and when ever I get to Bellevue this is where I go. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They always make me forget I’m not home. The clientele they attract is of good quality so no drama or fights. I’ve always been well taken care of here and that’s why I continue to make this a regular stop anytime I come into town

Don’t ever go to this place. My company used to come here all the time and they wouldn’t let us do separate checks. Parties of 8 or more MANDATORY20% gratuity AND1 check… excuse me but when did this shit show become such a fancy joint? So our party of 20 went across the street and spent our money somewhere else. Bye Felicia! 1 star is too much!

Went for dinner and drinks with my cousin last weekend and ended up at Daman’s(which is one of her favorite local places). Service: Great! We were given a menu and waited on almost immediately. No complaints there. Décor: Typical bar scene — pool tables, televisions, and booths. Food: Meh. Reason for the deducted star. I got the Reuben Rolls which were just okay. The idea of the house made sauerkraut(I think that’s what it was) attracted me, but they put so much on there that it covers up the taste of the corned beef. Or the corned beef was just bland… Not sure. Drinks: They make their Jack & Cokes pretty weak. :( I might be back just because my cousin loves it here, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

I have been here many times, large groups and small groups. The food is ok they have typical bar food you can find at most places, the beer selection is ok but not great. My big issue with this place is the service. Not sure if it’s a result of being understaffed however I am usually there at normal peak times for happy hour etc. the service is terrible, here are a few examples. No one to bring you a menu or even come by to see if you want anything until you flag them down after 20 mins of being there. Refusal to split up checks with the excuse«the owners don’t want us to do that» even thought it’s a normal and reasonable request. Overall rude employees who clearly hate their jobs not sure if it’s a result of their management or they are not happy with their jobs.

I love this place. Friendly staff that really care for the customers. It really shows when you walk in and they know you by name, and remember what you order. For regular dine out folk like me I like to be taken care of, and this place does it in spades. Great menu items that are cooked the way you want it. Want a special order for your burger, no problem. They got you covered. Daily lunch specials keep the options fresh. Keep your eye on the Prime Rib Dip on Friday. Come early, that ones sells out fast. A decent selection of local beers. Lots of tables and an open floor make it a good place to meet for a group, or a small group. Oh, and lots of parking to!

I recently visited here again and the staff was amazingly available and friendly. Also, the food menu has also been revamped. The atmosphere is still a bit dark and dingy but I see that as eclectic and part of the theme of the bar. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is still its fun self. I am updating this review as they have updated their staff and menu items as well as the big screen TV and layout since my last review. Thanks for the good times!

Needed a hidey hole today while my condo was treated for bugs. Chose Damon’s cause it’s close to home. It was earlier in the day so I ordered a Bloody Mary. BAM! One of the best bar Mary’s I have ever had! My homemade Mary’s are better but not by mutch! My greatest discovery was the breakfast I decided to have because, again, it was early in the day. Pastrami Hash. That’s it. All said. Done. Absolutely the BEST bar breakfast in THEWORLD! I think I’ve fallen in love with my hostess as well. Andrea was super great and is a wonderful person. Go to Damon’s!

My friends and I came for the Hawks’ game last night and I wouldn’t object to going back. Service was alright but we did have to track our server down a few times. Considering the fact that she was the only one on the floor, I didn’t mind too much. I ordered the California burger while my boyfriend ordered the Caesar wrap. The burger was good — had a really tender beef patty — although it was slightly on the salty side. The wrap had some good flavor too, but only had a few pieces of chicken(breaded, even though we ordered grilled) and five onion rings on the side. The beer was a bit expensive. We ordered two pitchers, one Blue Moon and the other Mac and Jack’s, each coming out to over $ 15. I don’t remember the last time I spent so much on a pitcher of beer. Other than that, Daman’s created a nice atmosphere for the football game. All the customers, as well as the employees, were in their Hawks’ best(jerseys, t-shirts, hats, etc.) and we all cheered together(annoying the ONE Niner’s fan sitting at the bar). It was a good time.

One of the best Prime Rib Dips I have ever had. Hands down. Something about this that was not the same as some others. It wasn’t that it was so delicious in taste or flavor. It was the pure fact that this was perfectly done and executed from the get go. Let’s start with portion. I usually like a good amount of food. Done. Let’s talk about taste. It was nicely seasoned and au ju’s sauce was perfect. Done. Let’s about meat. Thick cut moist prime rib. Done. What about the sides? Well what about them? Plenty to choose form. Done This place was awesome. It has a sense of flavor and old school to it. Friday’s is when you can the sandwich as a special since Thursday they have a huge Prime Rib thing.
